I had extensive damage to my home from Hurricane Irma. My insurance company only stated $8k worth…read moreof damage but because my deductable was so high they sent me a check for $3k! I couldn't even get them to return my phone call for 3 months! I didn't know what to do so I hired an insurance adjuster to fight the claim. After 6 mths of fighting they said my insurance company was too difficult and would drag it out so they gave up and dropped my case. After 6 months I was back at square 1! I had given up and paid just over $22k in repairs out of my pocket. I randomly met Fred from Five Star Claims at my sisters work function. I told him what happened to me and he said to contact him because and I'll never forget what he said "they don't give up on their clients"! He was right! They fought and fought! They kept me informed and never gave up! About eighteen months later the insurance company settled. I would recommend Fred and Five Star to anyone going thru the stress and heartbreak of a battle with insurance. It can feel like you want to give up so its really nice to have someone fight for you!
