Unlike any other company in the country, this organization has been a breath of fresh air for me…read more After departing from the largest broker in the county, where I encountered numerous instances of dishonesty, theft, and owner drama, I was in search of a company that truly cared about its employees. Joining this company has been a game-changer. Through their mini-corr channel, I can close 15 to 20 loans each month, and the best part is they charge me a flat fee of $2500. Working on California FHA loans on the Non-Delegated line, I consistently generate between $75k to $100k a month in fees. The flexibility to make 3 to 5 points on every deal, coupled with the provision of raw pricing, adds to the appeal. The streamlined process of receiving front points directly into a designated checking account, under my control, speaks volumes about the trust and autonomy they provide. Additionally, the backend points are swiftly processed within 3 to 5 days of the loan purchase for FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, and 2nd Mortgages. This company stands out with its revolutionary concept - a flat monthly fee of $2500, allowing me to retain 100% of the fees I generate. It's truly a unique and rewarding experience that sets them apart from the rest.

I was with this agency for 4 very long years. I found them to be condescending and very unhelpful…read more We were new to Florida and this was the agency given to us by our realtor. I switched last year and have found my new agency to be very helpful, professional and kind. If you are shopping for a agency stay away from this one. If you think you will need any type of direction or help you will not get it with this agency. My experience is this agency will take your money and never lift a finger for you. I see they have now posted a comment asking me to call to discuss my experience..well I called a few times for help and was told to figure things out on my own they don't have time. Posting a comment they have time for because it is all about image and moola with this company. That 4star review that references and infers some people can't be pleased ? No complaints here. Just about as easy and straightforward as selling a home can be. All I had to…read moredo was give Frank a call, give him some basic info about the house, and the next day he came out and looked the place over. A couple days later he proposed a very reasonable cash sum for the house and I accepted. After that all I had to do was pick a closing date, sign the contract, and get my stuff moved out of the house. The closing went smoothly and the money for the house was in my account the same day. Frank was polite and professional throughout the entire process and was very friendly and forthcoming with answers to my many questions.

Excellent experience with Rusnak Services! Rusnak Services came highly recommended by my realtor…read more(who has lived and worked in the area for over 20 years and uses Dave for her personal home renovations). I recently moved to Brevard and purchased a new home that needed many random small repairs. I worried about finding a handyman/contractor who would be willing and able to take on the diverse tasks in a timely and fair priced manner. Rusnak Services exceeded my expectations. In the past, I have found handymen/contractors to be very difficult to communicate with in a timely manner. Dave was the opposite. He responded to me by phone and text and email! He was very timely in his communication. He provided me with a fair estimate and a timeline for the work that was very transparent and reasonable. He came out to begin work on the date and time that we had set...so often this does not happen with handymen and contractors. Dave consistently shows up when he says he will and is great at keeping in touch about the progress of his work and any issues that he discovers. He always provides options for the repairs and does not push you to do things in the way that benefits him- instead he provides choices so that you can develop a solution that works for your budget and timeline. He has provided us with excellent quality work, on time, and for a fair price. Everything from minor electrical repairs to sealing cracks in the exterior of the house to plumbing issues to removing and installing ceiling fans...and more. He has touched on every category of home repair for us and each repair has been high quality. I was very surprised by the other review because he has never left a mess. In fact he is very organized and clean as he works. He let us know that he also does bigger remodeling jobs. At this time, that is not in our budget but I greatly appreciated that even though our work was more humble he treated us and our home with respect, kindness, and professionalism just as if we were a high-end client. I am truly thankful to have connected with Rusnak Services. Dave has given me peace of mind. As a first time homeowner, with the help of Rusnak Services I will be able to maintain my home in a cost effective and high quality manner.
