I read reviews that stated Mike or his team would sometimes suggest waiting. Superior Tradelines…read morewould find something in your credit reports that would nullify the additional credit aging. Well, believe the reviews. I need to age ,my credit. I sadly believed that minimum number of credit cards or accounts is a good thing. Nope, there are tricks or formulas the 3 agencies use. You need to have lines of credit. Mixed is better, with revolving (credit cards), installment (car loans, etc) and mortgage if applicable. One of the best methods to increase your score is called "AZEO", or All Zero Except One. Keep all your cards at $0 balance. Use them, but only 20% or less. Then every month pay them on time and bring to $0. The 1 other card, charge 40% of the credit line. Then EVERY MONTH pay the balance down to 6% to 8%, no more, no less. Well, to finalize, Mike reviewed my current 3 reports. Due to an error on the part of major credit card company, I have a 30 day late 3 months ago. Mike tells me that if we add tradelines, they will have little to no benefit. Mike took the route of honesty. He could have easily recommended 1, 2 or 3 tradelines. Taken my money, up to $1500, and been done with it. No, Mike tells me to wait. Doesn't take my money (yet). How much more honest can they be? In short: WOW. Honesty. Willing to turn away a client for the clients good. Highly, highly recommend. I will be using them as soon as the error is off my reports. Thank you Mike.

Jay W and the crew here at Central Florida have been there for us, every time. Sure, we were offended when Jay offered us only $800 to fix $2,000 worth of collision damage; thought he was a meanie. However, I checked into this. Jay & Central Florida did not determine this $800 value, the insurance companies do (car was over 15 years old). Central Florida has no say whatever, so let's not shoot the messenger. This week, Jay straightened out my confusion on car insurance renewal dates & sent me the proper (non-expired) proof of insurance cards. Quickly, all questions answered accurately; professionally executed. I've been around the block; resident in 6 states over the past few decades, and this is the best insurance agent & firm I've ever engaged. Wish I could take them with me when I move.

I will start by saying that I have been using this company for years for my home owners insurance…read more In December I was informed that my my home owners policy would not be renewed because Florida Peninsula was reducing their exposure to hurricanes and other perils. LOL.. So I contacted the Insurance Center of Central Florida and was given the representative Amy. She informed me that I would need a 4-point Inspection. I got one on 12-14-2021and it was emailed to Amy immediately. Amy said that I would probably have to go with Citizens insurance. Knowing and having my 4- point, she let me know that I would have to wait until 30 days before my expiration on 3-38-2022 to submit for a quote or it will expire. She let me know that she would get in touch with me then. Then on 3-1-2022 she calls me and informs me that I have "cloth wiring" in my house and that NO ONE would cover me ... sorry.... This sent me into a tailspin. NO ONE will cover my house!!! Calling around I found another agent that told me that Citizens does cover cloth wiring as long as it does not have knob and tube wiring. Which my house does not have and clearly stated on the 4- point. BUT...... the roof has to have at least a 3 year life left on it to be considered. Which my garage roof only has 2, which again was clearly stated on my 4-point. Now because of Amy's negligence in informing me knowing that I was going to have to get Citizens and knowing my roof would not pass, I am now forced to come up with the money in a 25 days to get my roof done. If I was told back in December I would have had time to come up with the money. Plus, in December, it was off season for roofer and may have gotten a cheaper price. But now, they are coming into season and it may take a month to get the work done. This all could have been prevented if Amy would have done her job and looked at my 4- point and done her research of the policy. I am very very upset. I will NEVER use them again. And you should not either.
