Joining this company has been a game-changer. Through their mini-corr channel, I can close 15 to 20 loans each month, and the best part is they charge me a flat fee of $2500. Working on California FHA loans on the Non-Delegated line, I consistently generate between $75k to $100k a month in fees. The flexibility to make 3 to 5 points on every deal, coupled with the provision of raw pricing, adds to the appeal. The streamlined process of receiving front points directly into a designated checking account, under my control, speaks volumes about the trust and autonomy they provide. Additionally, the backend points are swiftly processed within 3 to 5 days of the loan purchase for FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, and 2nd Mortgages. This company stands out with its revolutionary concept - a flat monthly fee of $2500, allowing me to retain 100% of the fees I generate. It's truly a unique and rewarding experience that sets them apart from the rest.
