I refer to the Tow Service Technician, Juan, that assisted me through AAA on the morning of 9 March 2023 at approximately 8:49. On the evening of 8 March 2024, I discovered that one of my tires had been punctured. A local business allowed me to park my car overnight. On 9 March I called AAA and immediately a car was dispatched to the location and towed the car to Discount Tire where the tire was replaced. Juan was efficient and professional. Battery comes with 3 year free replacement…read more This is only good if you have a current membership and it does not cover the 60$ fee to send someone out. I tried to take the battery to the NAPA store where AAA told me i could replace it but after a day of charging the battery and testing it, NAPA auto parts told me they don't stock that battery for AAA. Why wasn't i told the battery stocked by NAPA and why was I told it would be replaced for free. My fathers membership had expired a few months earlier and AAA said since it expired the renewals fee went from $65 to $102, I also have AAA membership but they wouldn't honor the battery replacement under my membership either, but they did offer to roll a truck for $100 and sell me another new battery. Don't be fooled thinking the roadside service doesn't cost you

I took her less than 24 hours to reply with a quote for all the policies, which were $6,000 cheaper than the current policies we had with Allstate. Needless to say, we accepted the offers and what a pleasure it was dealing with Jennifer in issuing the insurance policies. We had one day to complete the process of getting the new policies since our current policies were expiring the next day. She even contacted the company Senior Sales Representative to try and expedite our homeowners policy and they were successful. I had extensive damage to my home from Hurricane Irma. My insurance company only stated $8k worth…read moreof damage but because my deductable was so high they sent me a check for $3k! I couldn't even get them to return my phone call for 3 months! I didn't know what to do so I hired an insurance adjuster to fight the claim. After 6 mths of fighting they said my insurance company was too difficult and would drag it out so they gave up and dropped my case. After 6 months I was back at square 1! I had given up and paid just over $22k in repairs out of my pocket. I randomly met Fred from Five Star Claims at my sisters work function. I told him what happened to me and he said to contact him because and I'll never forget what he said "they don't give up on their clients"! He was right! They fought and fought!
