Being in the same business over 20 years I looked diligently & shopped for a competent agent in Brevard County & I'll have to say Brian West's State Farm office is the absolute best! Brian really actually cares about his clients and is hands on! He is always available or willing to help which is hard to find nowadays! I forgot a payment on one of my life policies & he was right on it! I was so thankful because out of all my policies that was the most important! His entire team is fantastic! I think Diane has been there since he opened and she is super knowledgeable and always willing to help! Kathy & Paula are also terrific to deal with! Brian is by far the best agent I've encountered in Brevard! I've shopped rates with other companies & when I find lower rates,I find out they only gave me less coverage although I asked for the same, so be careful. State Farm may not always be the lowest but when I want insurance to protect my assets & loved ones I don't want CHEAP I want QUALITY & peace of mind they will actually pay my claim ! I'm willing to pay a little more for excellent service & an agent that actually cares about me as a client!! I also like it's one stop shopping, I got a great rate on a credit card & my car loan with State Farm bank. It's so convenient to have ALL my insurance & other financial stuff in one place! Thanks for all you do Brian & co! I really appreciate the excellent service! read more

I usually can't stand when my car insurance is up for renewal because it's such a hassle to set up. If you stay with the same company they always jack up the prices. Switching the Statefarm was the best decision I made. We are young working couple with 3 vehicles, and we got the absolute best quote from Statefarm. We worked with Monica Zaldivar and she laid out every possible option for us to get us the best rate and kept our premiums what we wanted. I called her 3 days in a row readjusting how I wanted things set up and she was so accommodating and friendly. It was honestly such a great experience. I highly recommend taking the time to reach out to Monica for all types of insurance! read more

Brian has some hard working, "can do," gals working for him. After an administrative SNAFU at another office, I transferred my policies and agents Paula Rogulski and Kathy Rodriguez un-SNAFU'ed the situation. When others might shrug and say, it's not my problem, these ladies said, I've got this. Problem solved. read more

After having several issues with another bank,I contacted Brian West State Farm to set up a bank account. I had the pleasure of having Lisa help me through the process. It's so nice today to have someone on the other end of the line be so pleasant and so very helpful in setting up the account for me. Terri P. read more

This insurance agency provides exceptional customer service!! Fraser, the Office Representative, took time to conduct a thorough review of both my auto and homeowner's insurance policies, clearly explained options, and made appropriate adjustments for the coverages I currently need.
