The AC stayed broke for 3 years while I payed an extra $75 per month for an "air conditioned unit" finally I got tired of it and said I was not paying until my unit was fixed, or I am given a decent unit that works. Instead of being reasonable, they scammed me and changed locks on my space and stole everything of value. I am filing a lawsuit, but they are corrupt. The true definition of "SLUM LORD" read the other reviews, you will see the same thing often, and the only positive reviews are mostly fake accounts.

So it is 630 on a Friday night and we, myself and my 3 year old daughter, have no AC and no idea when of it it's going to be fixed.

I don't even have a copy of it and I was waiting for it and promised it by 10/31/25. I live in Nevada so I suppose she thought she could get away with this behavior. I called and ask them to provide a copy and still do not have it or a response as to why I do not and why it was given to a 3rd party. This is unacceptable and was done by a Manager/Owner Tracy Deach. And she was also condescending, rude, antagonistic, and judgmental on our very first call. I would stay away if this company since this is coming from a manager/ owner. The other staff I communicated with was very nice, pleasant and accommodating. I am an older woman and I felt elder abuse was present. This woman needs some training and educating. This will be reported to the property authorities and most likely I will file a lawsuit immediately. 11/02/25
