The representative was working the floor in loud, unmistakable political clothing -- not subtle, not accidental, but deliberately provocative. It's unprofessional and frankly disrespectful to customers who come here to shop, not to be confronted with someone's political messaging. From my first meeting with Fred and Erin, I knew they were the right fit. They were kind and professional as they reviewed their process for the estate sale and then clean out. Once I removed all personal documents, I turned it over to Fred and Erin and drove home. They even said to leave the items where they were (in drawers, closets, etc.) and they'd remove, research prices, organize and sell. Once the estate sale was over, they did the clean out.
