They spent nearly a WEEK before the sale carefully organizing, sorting, and pricing everything in our home, and then held a three-day estate sale. You would think their job would have ended when the sale was over, right? Not Lee! Because we were 1,500 miles away and needed to leave the property completely cleared and broom clean for the buyer, Lee took care of what was left after the sale. She arranged for a local thrift store to come and collect the remaining items -- and even made sure they understood there would be no cherry-picking. It was all or nothing! Today, Lee personally met them at the house and made sure EVERYTHING was removed and the property was left the way we needed it for the new owners. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. The amount of stress Lee took off our shoulders during an already stressful out-of-state home sale is immeasurable.
