Beware! We had Heller do a large custom kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The primary reason for the 2 rating, is they've refused to address an improper install on an under the sink slide out drawer. A clearance of 1/16" was all that was left between the slide out and the sink P-trap. The drawer should have been installed lower, or a notch cut for allow proper clearance. Heller had denied all responsibility, and refuse to answer my request to speak with the owner. The P-trap shifted, hitting the drawer, caused a leak, and ruined it. There was also a few other issues that Heller wasn't customer focused on: install of the light rail (insisted that leaving a gap/caulking vs. notching of this feature normal, it is not! After back and forth, they agreed to do it correctly, and it was simple and looks great), and a few drawers that auto close/fit isn't correct on that they insist is "normal". Cabinet quality is fine, but NO true customer service. I'll add this was a $50K book of business. I would not recommend. read more

I had my OLD kitchen gutted and remodeled last year. Chris Leach was absolutely amazing with the design ! He came to Titusville and took measurements and every cabinet is perfect ! He took advantage of every inch of space - as I requested! The Shiloh cabinets look like fine furniture! Even though I was extremely impatient with the time frame, my custom cabinets and countertops were installed in less than two weeks by extremely competent installers. (Not to be misleading - it took six weeks to order the cabinets.) Chris helped me with scheduling of demolition, plumber, appliance delivery, etc. From start of demo (by my awesome handyman) to countertops in place was exactly two weeks. I'm not a review writer but thought the service I had today was worthy. We have had our Heller Cabinets for about 2.5 years now. They are fantastic and everyone that sees them raves. Our over range exhaust fan, which is tucked up behind false cabinets, was making noises and clearly had something in the fan/blower unit. I couldn't figure out how to get the false front above the range off. I spoke to Heller and they sent a tech out to help. After a bit of effort and trial and error, he/we were able to get the piece off. I was able to clean the debris out of the fan (a nail, plastic cap and some wood pieces from our re-roof last year). He then put the panel back in place. Done for no charge so great customer service. On original installation, Heller came out a few times after install to touch things up and make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Heller for their product and their follow on service. read more

I had vanities and tops replaced in three bathrooms. Less than impressed with this company. Customer service is virtually non-existent. I initiated all phone calls as to delivery, tops, status on installation etc.. They had issues with the granite company and tried to make it my issue only with push back did the resolve the issues. I would say the job was 70% done, electric was not hooked back up, baseboards were left uninstalled. I was not informed that this would be left to me to handle upon estimate, not until installers left did I realize this. I had 5 faucets installed and only 1 faucet is completely functional, the other 4 you can not use the stopper. Plumbers blamed granite company I blame Heller. Heller never came out for a final walk through to see if the project was done to standards. Again, less than impressed this is not a company that takes pride in what they do. read more

When we first designed and purchased our home office and laundry cabinets, we were happy with the process and how responsive the designer was with us. Frankly that's the only reason why this is a two star review instead of one. Then the problems struck. We were told this job would only take one day or maybe a day and a half. It is now one month since the start of installation and it's STILL NOT DONE. The first installer was lazy and would keep leaving the job saying that he had other jobs and took too many smoke breaks. Then he said he would show on a Saturday so we cancelled all of our plans for that day. HE DID NOT SHOW OR CALL. After calling over 3-4 times to the main office, they finally sent someone else to finish the job. He was much better than the first and finished everything all that day, except for one thing. One of the cabinet doors was ordered incorrectly and we have been patiently waiting for the correct door to be installed. Now that's it's been a month, we call the office almost every morning and they have completely ignored us. No call back or answer when we call. Once they got or money, the process has slowed down tenfold. One more problem. We were promised the rest of the large quartz slab that went unused but it was never delivered to us. $1000 basically stolen from us! We have asked about it and again, no response and we are ignored! Do not use this company for your cabinets. Once they have your money they will not respond to your concerns, some of their installers are under par,l and unreliable, and they will not keep their promises. read more
