When I was researching closet companies, I saw the high rating that Inspired Closets had and looking at the pictures, I was sold! I called to make an free initial consultation with the designer and we were assigned to Leslie who did a in-house consultation. She was absolutely wonderful and took detailed notes of what we want out of each space and gave us ideas as well. She gave us a 3D mock-up our designs couple days after the consultation which gave us a clear idea of how things would look like. (The other closet place that I got an estimate had no 3D mock-up and it hard to understand so Inspired closets really won me over with this feature.) The price point was reasonable based on what we wanted as well. Since we had 3 areas (mudroom, kitchen pantry, and his/her closets), it took a total of a week and a half to complete the work. Chris, one of the installers, worked from morning to late evening in getting our closets done. We appreciate his hard work along with the other installers who worked so diligently! Leslie throughout the process was so attentive and aways checked in with me to see how things were going. I would highly recommend her and Inspired closets! We love how everything turned out! What a fantastic company. Our designer, Nathaniel Butler, was the best. He understood our needs and created several 3D models for us to choose from. We were selective, to say the least, and he was patient and understanding. His creativity got us the design we've always wanted for custom closets. Antonio and his crew worked two full days installing the closets. They were all very polite and respectful of our needs as we were working from home during the installation. Antonio made sure all the workers doing the installation used PPE and cleaned up any mess made during the install. We were more than satisfied with the final product. We were blown away by how great things look. I've already recommended Inspired Closets Orlando to a neighbor who saw the work truck. I highly recommend this local family owned business! Leslie, our closet designer was awesome! After her initial design of our master closet, she continued to ask questions and offered additional suggestions to meet my needs. She was also happy to make adjustments to the design for my "what ifs". Their installers are company employees and NOT sub-contractors. They were very friendly and professional and the installation went very smoothly. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. Then they walked me through the project answering questions and explaining how to make adjustments to lower or raise the bars and shelves. Leslie came back during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned. Her measurements were spot on making this project and enjoyable experience. Thank you again to all! We requested a quote from Inspired Closets and several other custom closet vendors. The professionalism of the design team, their showroom of products, and competitive pricing made them the logical choice for our 3 custom closets (one walk-in closet, one reach-in closet and an office organizational closet). We had originally planned to do just our master walk-in and office closets, but for a very reasonable additional amount we decided to do the guest room reach-in closet as well. The designer Melanie was very knowledgeable and experienced and the installation team was professional, efficient and very tidy in their work. They also have a great showroom in nearby Wildwood where we could see finished product designs with the many different options. We met Regina from Inspired Closets (then 3-Day Closets) a year before we moved into our new home. She came to our location to measure our closets and asked us questions about our storage needs. A few weeks later we met her in their showroom on Silver Star Rd to choose materials. After doing her research, she designed 2 closet systems for us that met our needs. Regina was professional, made great suggestions, and, most of all, was able to visualize what we were asking for the spaces available. At that point we felt no need to go elsewhere to get 2nd & 3rd opinions, and the price was on target, and we decided then and there to choose Inspired Closets. We contacted Regina a year later prior to our move-in, got an installation date, and the installers were professional and efficient. One small glitch occurred with the hamper, and a "fixer" was sent out immediately to resolve the problem. I cannot say enough about Regina and her services. The closet systems are a dream and have given us so much extra space we would not otherwise have. We give Inspired Closets and, in particular, their representative, Regina, the highest marks for professionalism and expertise. read more

I wanted to get custom closets built throughout my new home. When I made my consultation appointment, I received great customer service on the phone. When the consultant arrived, she was very nice and explained the entire process to me before touring the home. However, it's been a week now and she never followed up after the initial consultation. I was told that I would receive design images and quotes the next day! I am disappointed and wouldn't use their services as they don't seem reliable. read more

U can see exactly what it will look like before u make your decision on the install. Wonderful employees. Quick responses and follow up. Great recommendations to help you get exactly what you are looking for. They take time and put in a lot of effort to get you what you want and need. The main designer or customer service rep we worked closely with, Brian Lincoln. Was excellent!! He worked hard to get us exactly what we want. The process was so streamlined and easy.
