We have just finished closing on our house this week, and as anyone who has been through the…read moreprocess of selling knows, it can be, shall we say, stressful?! Debbie changed all that by making our experience so much easier. Having the dual role of being both buyer's and seller's agent, she showed tremendous integrity and fairness. She was incredibly responsive throughout, and provided us with several excellent referrals to take care of last minute maintenance and concerns. We had to leave the state before our house was even listed, but after meeting with Debbie and discussing tactics, we felt comfortable leaving our house and our trust in her capable hands. This is the agent you want when you are buying or selling.

DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!!! My mother, a recent widow…read moregot the shaft by this company because the seller chose them. As the buyer my mother got stuck paying all of last year's property taxes on the property because the the title company did not do their due diligence. Because of the way the law is written, the title company isn't responsible for THEIR MISTAKE, and my mother is having to foot the tax bill for the property during a chunk of the year when she did not own it in the amount of almost three thousand dollars. The title company is unapologetic, rude and said oh well, you're responsible for our mistake because that's what the law says. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They are a dishonest company with no integrity. Basically a criminal enterprise. They should be investigated for defrauding the elderly. Shameful.

He (Mario) uses uninsured subcontractors to do jobs like reroofing and plumbing, and electric. I bought a house over a year ago that claimed to have a new roof and am currently replacing roof in full after claims and litigation. The guy wouldn't know how to change a door knob and thinks you can do business with illegals who moonlight as subcontractors. Closing process was smooth and was actually efficient. Wish I could say they vet their employees and sellers but that is their shortcoming. I've basically replaced everything possible in a year but i like the house and location. I 100% overpaid for the house but I will be 1000% paying more to make it right. Hope this is helpful and id avoid doing business with Mario - like I'd avoid the plague. He will go silent and block your number like he did me instead of dealing with issues that were his responsibility.
