He (Mario) uses uninsured subcontractors to do jobs like reroofing and plumbing, and electric. I bought a house over a year ago that claimed to have a new roof and am currently replacing roof in full after claims and litigation. The guy wouldn't know how to change a door knob and thinks you can do business with illegals who moonlight as subcontractors. Closing process was smooth and was actually efficient. Wish I could say they vet their employees and sellers but that is their shortcoming. I've basically replaced everything possible in a year but i like the house and location. I 100% overpaid for the house but I will be 1000% paying more to make it right. Hope this is helpful and id avoid doing business with Mario - like I'd avoid the plague. He will go silent and block your number like he did me instead of dealing with issues that were his responsibility.

Ms. Dana is the property manager of the condo my friend had been renting for 7 years. In early June she reported that her AC was not working and it was discovered that the AC had been leaking through the roof into the attic and there was black mold throughout the attic. She was told by the mold remediation co. that it was not safe for her to be living there and she would need to leave and take all her stuff as it could become contaminated by the mold. Ms. Dana was VERY unresponsive to the tenant in this very unfortunate and dangerous situation. Sometimes taking weeks to return a call. With help from her friends and family, we helped her move her property to a storage unit quickly. Ms. Dana was unresponsive in helping her to locate alternate living or even give any clarity as to when she could move back to her home of 7 years - even though a new lease had been signed by both parities in May and was to begin in July. Ms. Dana finally contacted the tenant 5 business days before the end of June and said that the owners did not want to rent any longer, leaving my friend essentially homeless. As I'm sure Ms. Dana is aware, my friend had an affordable rent in a market that has exploded over the past several years. Unfortunately, my friend found herself struggling to find affordable or comparable housing in the area (most rents are $300+ more/month, plus having to pay unexpected moving, deposits, etc). Ms. Dana told the tenant she would return her June rent due to the situation and because she was not able to live there in June. However, she is now telling her that she can not get a hold of the owners and that she is washing her hands of it and will not return her June rent. SHAME ON YOU ANGELA DANA for your lack of professionalism, communication, and compassion!
