They FINALLY implemented auto pay so now there is never a "lost check" situation. Also, the yard next to me is finally taken care of properly. They will falsely accuse residents of infractions with no proof or any evidence and threaten people fines (which they cannot enforce). It's definitely amateur hour at this place. If you're thinking of a decent property management company I would definitely look elsewhere. They talked a big game to get our business and the entire community wishes we hadn't gone with them. Main takeaway here is broken promises that take weeks to be addressed.

My son rented a home from Gene at century 21 IHB. It had a…read morewater leak when he moved in. Took weeks to fix and leaked into kids room and saturated the wall. After inspection we learned the wall was full of mold. The inspector said the wall needed to be contained and and replaced not just spot repaired. Gene got angry said he would fix it however he saw fit or my son with his 2 boys with asthma could move out. After moving they put a chest of drawers out to the curb for pickup as was ruined by the water leak. Gene being the classy fella that is, had the chest picked up and placed it in the parking lot of my office for no other reason than being an add. The item was properly placed to the curb and the large item pickup was scheduled via waste management. We will never use or recommend thia office as long as he is associated with it. Hope no one with breathing problems got that home. He fixed in on the cheap and not as the inspector recommend.

Mark Palace hooked us up with Paula Zima who showed us a huge mix of rentals and fixer uppers. We looked at almost everything from Melbourne Beach to Viera to North Merrit Island. As the weekend approached, Paula handed us off to Mike Novak so that she could attend a family event in Chicago. Mike showed us a couple of new properties that just came on the market in Satellite Beach. One of them appeared to fit our needs exactly. We made an offer along with 3 other people on the property. It turned out that our offer was 3rd lowest but Mike pointed out that our was cash and we could close in 2 weeks. After a little negotiation the buyer accepted our offer. Mike then flew into action getting inspections and closing every loop hole. I termite problems was found and Mike got the sellers to agree to fumigate the property and was able to get it done in 3 days. In addition to everything else Mike even got the sellers to throw in all of their lawn and garden equipment including at $400 mower. Working with the team at Palace Properties was a real joy.
