I have emailed CAM on a response on why he would ask this question. I have not received a reply. Additionally I asked the Management company themselves and still have not received a reply on why this happened. I was in charge of irrigation and a board member and I myself do not know why this happened. It would seem to me if the Covenants read its equal why would that question even be asked. Just one of numerous reasons not to use this company. They are cheap for a reason. Have to add on. This management company is suppose to do compliance checks monthly and has not been doing them. The ones they have been doing do not get updated. Which means the board does not know which are active and which are not. I have been trying to get them to call me about this and they have not called for two days. She replies to my emails but will not call. Deana says shes busy but has time to reply on the computer. This company is the worse. The ladies in the office act nice but they never call back or answer phones. Our Manager Scott Tetor is the worse. Always saying one thing and never following up or doing what hes says he is going to do.

The issue is the company, not the representative. A lot of billing errors. We received letter that our assessment wasn't paid, although we did within a week of receiving bill. My husband called and left a message. No return call. Our check had been cashed. Other neighbors experienced the same thing. Calls for copies of financial reports got me no where, although they did provide meeting minutes when I asked. Expect that issues that need attention to take months to get it taken care of.

As a former renter they are by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. Their properties are very well maintained and when there is an issue they get it taken care of immediately. When it came time for me to purchase a home I reached out to them for their help because I had several needs to be met due to the fact I would be taking care of my elderly mother. With that being said I was not the easiest client to find a house for. I told them what I needed and they found me the perfect home. I have to say they definitely exceeded my expectations. I am so thankful to the entire staff for helping me find the perfect home. Whether you are looking to rent a property, buy a property or you would like a quality company to take care of your homes they are definitely the people to call. Thank you so much

I've been discovering several structural damages: Roof leaking, house unstable, hole in bathroom wall, AC unit malfunctioning, kitchen pipe damaged, old stove and refrigerator, low air quality due to dust, roaches, rust in pipe water, AND more. These breaches have obviously been caused by both the landlord and the property manager. This raises a RED FLAG ALERT. How can a property with so much ongoing damages be considered Fair Housing, much less, Fair Market value? Consider before renting.

Very demanding and invasive questions about what I plan to do with my property. Informed him of real estate companies that actually have listings of people that actually want to sell their homes or property, and that his questions to me were none of his business. If looking for an agent with integrity or honor I would look elsewhere. Hey Mark there is a world of hospital, police, firefighters, airport and other people that do not share your same shift. Maybe you should be called at 2am. Cold calling and hoping against the odds of a connection despite the breaking of a law is not a very smart move and the only dumber move would be to do business with that person.

My husband and I have been renting from Lisa (Real Eatate…read moreInk) for ten years. Throughout the years we have rented many homes from Lisa, and propertes she manages. From day one Lisa has been professional. Lisa has always been very helpful with decisions on where to rent to fit my needs. I have never had a bad experience whatsoever; from the signing of my lease to security deposits and insurance. I never had an issue. My security deposits were always returned upon exit. Lisa only has so much control over the properties she manages, the owners have the final say. They control security deposits and rental costs. A lease not only protects the owner, it also protects the renter. Lisa will always go to bat for you, if she is needed. Lisa would ask me my input on rentals that she managed. If there was any issues or upgrades that I would recommend. Lisa was on it immediately. Sometimes things pop up. One phone call to Lisa, and the repair man is there ASAP. I know that Lisa owns and manages many properties. Lisa is also a Real Estate Broker. She would always reply to me in a timely manner. If Lisa wasn't available, her assistant Sandy was eager to assist me. I have phone numbers and emails for everyone. There is never a lack of communication. After all the years renting from Lisa, we decided to purchase a home in the area. Lisa has been working with us and our home shopping for about a year. I am very picky and sometimes not that easy to work with. I change my mind a lot. Lisa rolls with whatever I desire. Lisa goes over and beyond. For example: We finally found a property in Vero Beach that we fell in love with. I asked Lisa if she could knock on my future neighbors doors to ask important questions about the builder, who is also building my home, how they like the quality of there home and other questions. Almost everyone was eager to give Lisa input and answer all her questions. Lisa got 90% approval/good news on all of my questions. This has put me at ease, before I close on my home. I also obtained a lot of useful information for the future. How many real estate brokers would go door to door asking questions for their client? So many people are scared of the virus. So of course Lisa kept her distance and wore a mask. Mostly everyone was receptive. Lisa is awesome! Lisa is a hard worker. Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Lisa is educated about the area. I can't say enough good things about Lisa. I don't do reviews that often. But I felt in my heart that I needed to give Real Estate Ink./Lisa credit, because credit was long over due. Obviously I highly recommend Lisa/Real Estate Ink. If I could have given her 10 stars, I would have.

You guys did not turn on the water until days later when I moved in, and now you want to put that on me. Take some responsibility for that, just like I had to accept the faith it led me to from renting an apartment from you guys. There were feces in the toilet when I first moved in and there was no water in the apartment. The worst experience ever! Why the heck would I lie about that? Also, I did make the payment for the month I owed but you still insisted on putting me out, I'm glad I moved too cause you guys had an issue taking care of the roaches that infested the whole building, and don't try to put that on me cause they were there before I moved there. They took advantage of this, continuously lied to me, and even worked with the tenants to steal my interest. Below was what I experienced. 1) The tenants continuously violated several lease clauses, so I told IGC multiple times about the violations and requested corrections and compliance; the IGC showed blind eyes and even lied for the tenants: - According to the lease, only a cat was allowed in my property, but there were two cats and a dog living in my property. I told IGC several times to correct this violation. They first denied there were additional animals, and then said the dog was a service dog but they couldn't provide any proof and refuse to talk about the second cat. According to the lease, each animal was charged a $350 pet fee. The IGC was supposed to pay me $1050 for the three animals but they only gave me $350. - multiple unauthorized adults illegally lived in my property for weeks to months. I requested IGC to correct the violation. Again, first they denied the fact, and then neglected their duties. They promised me to start eviction in two weeks if the tenants continued the violation but more than one month later they didn't do anything while the violations continued until the tenants moved out. 2) IGC even secretly changed the lease with the tenants without letting me know. 3) Since August 2022, almost every monthly statement has had errors in their bills (overcharging, repeatedly charging, and unknown charges). I showed my concerns and asked for a review. IGC (Troy and Chelsea) just postponed or found an excuse to avoid reviewing the monthly statement with me. More ridiculously, they stopped providing me with the monthly statement afterwards. 4) When the tenants moved out, IGC did the move-out inspection and told me that my property is "clean and in a good condition". I persisted checking the house on my own. When we entered the house, the house smelled filthy and was in a mess. No cleaning at all! Broken carpet, broken paint, broken cable outlet, pests & bugs, ... Even the tenants stole one of the toilets! Troy promised me to take care of the toilets, cleaning the kitchen, repairing the paint, cleaning the carpet, cleaning the backyard, etc. Unfortunately in the following two weeks he only hired people to clean the carpet, replace the toilets and repair the cable outlet. He denied all the rest when I left the city. According to the lease, if the tenants didn't clean the house when they moved out, they should pay me a $300 cleaning fee. Also, the tenants should be responsible for pest termination. But IGC refused to give me the cleaning and pest termination fees but they never hire people to do so. 5) IGC charged me 75% of the first month rent for the commission of renting my property with a one-year lease. The lease was terminated in the sixth month. IGC refused to return the part of commission because of the early termination. 6) IGC owes me $3318 and 17 days rent. No matter you are a landlord or a tenant, if you have experienced IGC unethical and dishonest behaviors like me, you can file a claim on the website: https://www.spacecoastmls.com/realtor-ethics-home/ethics-complaint-process-information. If you are a landlord and have experienced IGC unethical and dishonest behaviors like me, if you consider suing them, please leave a message. Perhaps we could take a class action.
