Here is what the inspection report said: Grading and Drainage
There were not any gutters on the home. It is recommended to have gutters on all eaves to prevent erosion
and water accumulation near the homes foundation. There was some erosion on the left side of the home. Walls (Interior and Exterior)
There was some cracking in the exterior walls around the home. Cracking can allow moisture intrusion
and should be sealed, prepped and painted. There was a chip in the stucco on the right front of the home.
The silicone around the front window to the left of the front door was cracked along the bottom.

The drain stopper was missing for the spare bathroom tub. The drain stopper for the spare bathroom
sink and left master bathroom sink was not connected to the handle and would not close. The drain
stopper for the right master sink would not close all the way. The hot water heater The expansion tank on top of the unit had a ruptured bladder and was full of water.
