After a large insurer stopped insuring my home, I went to a second insurer (not CoveragePro) where the agent provided minimal service. Then... In July 2015... I stumbled onto CoveragePro when I bought an inexpensive house for my daughter, and the mortgage company recommended CoveragePro (and others). Natalie Alfaro was my first contact and was very proactive. It was impressed enough to also give them my personal home insurance and auto insurance within a few weeks. To date, when I have had a need, the team has quickly responded, advised me of my options, and implemented what I needed to do with a few doc signings via email. It has been convenient and effective for me. In March 2017... I work for a small company with around 120 employees and 4 offices around the country. We had multiple insurances per each location. In March, the FL insurer requoted at $6000 more than last year and the insurer for Maine advised they would be cancelling our insurance in May. I suggested we at least check with CoveragePro. Mark Filichia took the reins on this situation. He recommended we consolidate our insurances into one large package. He recommended we add cyber-insurance for our software, he was regularly in touch with me regarding our options and other recommendations, and he was able to implement our full package of insurance before the cancellation in May. I have to note we ADDED Cyber-Insurance but the insurance Mark put together for us was still LESS than the individual insurances we had for our four offices. To me, this was an incredible feat and a huge relief. In September 2017... Hurricane Irma hit FL, Brevard County and our Palm Bay office. The roof air conditioners had been blown off their stands and the roof was leaking. I called CoveragePro the day after the storm. Even with their office's storm issues (power out), they still called me back, found my policy and advised me of my options. A week later (this past week), we decided to file a claim, they directed us to call the insurer's hotline, but asked to be kept in the loop so they could provide support. When the adjuster came Saturday 9/23, Mark Filichia came (early) to asses and then meet the adjuster as well. He provided answers to the adjuster that I didn't know. This is the kind of support our company needs. Last... throughout the entire period, Mark and his team have reached back to me regarding my homes and office, to check in on items, update records, provide insight that would be beneficial. Regarding a certain business issue after the storm, Mark Filichia voluntarily offered 4 websites, one of which we used immediately to help us assess the situation.
