All my insurance policies are through them, when I call I get like a VIP treatment, also I've referred friends who are getting the same treatment. I also purchased a manufactured home and wanted to add that to my policy, Leslie let me know State Farm did not write those policies but connected me in touch with a wonderful guy Steve who took care of this for us. Being in Florida and seeing Morgan & Morgan adds everywhere I talked with Leslie about getting a blanket policy to CYA for we have investment properties and do not want to risk a potential law suit any time soon. For someone to say they take the money and run please try the other agent I was with before than re write your review, or maybe they worked for another agents office and thought this would drum more business by bashing others, not good business IMO

After going to State Farm, All State, and a few other major places for homeowner's quotes, I decided to look up a broker and gave him a call. He got me insured through Metlife for a lot less than State Farm quoted me. We also switched our auto insurance over when he gave us a quote through Safeco that was half as much as we were paying with State Farm (he says Safeco is one of the cheapest major insurer in Chicago). Outside of the great rates he finds as a result of being a broker, his service is excellent. He's in Berwyn but I've never needed to go to his office. He's very on top of e-mail and on the phone and follows up on things... He gets me what I need when I need, makes good suggestions, etc.

Florida Farm Bureau sent me a bill for $2800. $2000 was for Hurricane coverage. I asked to remove…read morethe hurricane coverage. They removed ALL wind damage coverage and will not separate the two charges. In other words I can not remove hurricane coverage from the policy without removing any and ALL damage that may occur. I am going to write the Better Business Bureau, the newspaper and Office of insurance regulation. I discussed this in detail with my agent before I was instructed to drive to the local office where masks were not being worn by the ladies there, and was told it would be taken care of. It was NOT. They just pulled a switch a roo. I thought Farm Bureau was better than the others. John Holdsworth, I am as disappointed in Farm Bureau as I was before I came to you. I have been a customer for 6 years, evidently they do not know my house or roof and I was UNDER insured because of their lack of customer service! While talking with Roland, he explained all of my coverages and recommended the coverages I need. He explained to me that I was seriously underinsured and that if I got into an Auto accident I would have a large out of pocket payout. After talking to Roland about my Auto and Home policies, he transferred me over to a life specialist that was both kind and informative. He gave me free and fantastic information. I closed on my Home, Auto and Umbrella policies all through this agency and cannot find myself switching anytime soon.
