They told me they only guarantee their plants if you pay them even more money to handle the installation. What a complete joke and an absolute rip-off. It is garbage customer service to hold a basic product warranty hostage behind an expensive installation service fee. She said her boss was the one who would come out to our property, listen to our questions, study the property and provide us a design. I asked if he had pictures of the plants to show us and we could discuss. We made an appointment and also purchased a palm to be delivered. The palm was delivered but he cancelled our consultation.
