I wish I could leave 0 stars, because that is what this place deserves. Jeff, the owner, argues and yells at his customers. Their delivery team was two guys in a U-Haul who didn't shut off our water and proceeded to over-tighten a valve until it broke. Water started pouring everywhere onto our garage floor and drywall. The delivery-men took no responsibility for the damage they caused and advised to call a plumber. We will be taking Jeff and this appliance direct facility to small claims for the damages they caused and refuse to pay for. Jeff says he is prepared for legal action and refused to speak without yelling and arguing with his customers who just spent $1,600 at his business. My Wife and I were so disgusted with his behavior that we requested the deal be cancelled and he pick up the units, as we did not want to do business with him anymore. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. We are stuck with the units, after their unprofessional joke of an owner, Jeff, hung up with us and refuses to do the right thing. So decided to get a new dishwasher. Asked Jesus to recommend a good one. He did. I asked the estimated price. He called an appliance place and got the price which was affordable. I asked how soon I could get it. He talked to the owner of the appliance place who said he could deliver it as soon as he closed shop for the day. Jesus arranged for someone to come and dispose of the broken dishwasher. The new one was delivered that evening and Jesus came back a couple of days later and installed it.
