After my concern was brushed off by the handyman sent out to look at it, I reached out to this company to come and investigate my dryer. They were very clear that while they may not get the smell to stop, they would at least find out if my dryer could be the culprit. The tech that arrived was experienced, and soon discovered that the smell was coming from the electrical panel for the home, located in that room! This situation could have been very bad if it was not caught and I'm so thankful that AAR responded promptly, communicated expectations early, and handled the situation with confidence. Update: After two more weeks of going back and forth with my property management company, the breakers were inspected and two were replaced. One had a burned spot larger than a silver dollar!! He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove.
