Every homeowner in Florida knows the secret to a nice lawn is a good, working sprinkler system…read more And, every homeowner who has a sprinkler system knows what a pain in the &#%$ they can be to maintain and keep operating properly. So when I discovered several sprinkler heads needing replacing, I headed to Home Depot. Most sprinkler systems utilize either a 1/2 inch system or a 3/4 inch system. Unfortunately for me my system has a combination of both. So on this particular trip I was looking for both. I found exactly what I was looking for down the "Irrigation" isle. Home Depot has a nice selection of different heads - for both 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch. I also wanted to get the necessary adaptors so that I could transition from 3/4 to 1/2 inch, or vice versa. I also found those required fittings. After getting everything I needed (plus a few things I thought would be good additions to my "emergency" sprinkler system repair bag) I checked out. I really like the self checkout counters. I remember when they did not have them and sometimes the wait for checking out was a real drag. I zoomed through the self checkout and headed home with all the things I needed for a fun-filled morning bonding with my lawn (yeah just what I wanted to do on a beautiful day .....hmmm, I think I hear my motorcycle calling me, lol). I give this Home Depot 4 Stars, because DIY'ers can find pretty much find everything they need to do a project. Also ease and expediency of checkout is a plus. The only downside is when you're looking for someone to help you, it can take some time for a body to actually show up. That being said, everyone I've interacted with has been nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. I frequent this store often and most certainly will continue to do so.

This location is Horrible. The only reason I gave 2 star is because of the few employees that try…read morevery hard. Other than that, the selection is minimal compared to Lowes, there are never any cashiers open, its all self checkout most of the day, and not all self checkout lanes are open. Rental tool center will rent you tools with no gas, tools that don't work. Sucks getting to the job site or when you're ready to start a job and realize the tool doesn't work. Always check before leaving this store, because they sure do don't. It's a management problem!

This place is horrible. Waited weeks for them to fix a dryer we paid $195 for. They kept saying…read morethey needed pieces and a week would go by and NO ONE would show up or bring these pieces they had to order and wait for. Finally they replaced the machine with a machine that's constantly making a squeaking noise and is now not fully drying. The same problem as the previous machine. The button to even swap the cycles is broken and has been since I received the "new" machine. I'm so upset. I thought I could deal with the noise but now it isn't even drying on a full cycle. I wouldn't recommend this place at all Updated to say when I called originally the owner or manager who ever was upset about my original review and said even though you had all that to say we are still working on this for you. What a joke because obviously he was too upset to do anything. Waited over a week for them to contact me after they found all the countless tickets and paperwork for all the pieces and parts they supposedly replaced or fixed and they can't seem to find them all or need another 2-3 weeks to find these papers. He told me he found a ticket from forever ago when I purchase the original machine Aug 15th and contacted them 3 weeks later because it was broken. I waited weeks and weeks for them to come and replace parts or check the machine which never got fixed. They came and replaced parts ONCE and all the other times we were waiting on parts his people never replaced them and I had to hunt them down to come back around because they supposedly had to order these pieces they never replaced. Was also told their people provided me with all this paperwork and when told no one gave me any paperwork for any of the work or even the replacement machine they brought which is broken. I was basically called a liar and told I probably threw those imaginary papers away and didn't notice BUT I kept the receipt for the original purchase . Nothing is being done about the broken replacement because supposedly he spoke to his guys and the person who dropped it off said the noise the machines been making was never there! Even after telling me to call if I had any issues because they replaced the belt and the noise should have stopped. I then asked about warranty on this new machines because it took them the entire warranty for the original machine to replace the original broken machine I purchased from them. The person who dropped it off told me if I have any problems just contact them and it will be okay. Well that was a lie and when I told the manager or owner who ever this he told me well did they give me paperwork. I said no. He said well this is a lesson for you. Always get paperwork. Basically telling me I'm screwed. Not to mention we brought a Samsung and they replaced with with a GE which is obviously priced differently . Overall it's been a horrible experience and I will never go back. No attempt to make this right knowing you sold us trash and then proceeded to replace it with more trash.

Horrible experience. Do not have a refrigerator that I ordered and refuses to give me my money…read moreback. I ordered an refrigerator from Bob, he charged me money for the refrigerator and delivery fee. Driver came out said refrigerator was to big that he couldn't deliver it. Bob called me to set up another delivery and said there was an $65 deference from refrigerators and that there would be an delivery charge for the second. I didn't like this however we agreed on a second price. From today's conversation he said that I didn't ask to charge my card however I remember asking him to do that. He said they would try at the end of the week to deliver the refrigerator that would fit. He called that morning to say they were pack and could not get it out for the morning delivery and that he would call me around noon to see if they could get it on the afternoon schedule. On Tuesday after Labor day got a call from the delivery driver to schedule delivery between 11 and 1, no mention that I owed them anything, I had thought that Bob charged my card for the second try. Drivers arrive to our home, we had a neighbor meet them. I got a call from the neighbor that they wanted to collect a code. I was done with them. I told them to return the refrigerator and to refund me my money. Now a week and half later he called me after I left a message for him to pay me my return yesterday. We talked today he refused to return my complete refund, he wanted to take a half of a deliver charge from it and for me to take my review down from Google. I said no that I need my full refund. I have no product from them, there deliveries were not made, one dew to them not willing to take doors and brackets off and one from them not communicating that there was money due before second delivery. I do not recommend this company, they expect getting paid for not fulfilling their commitment to their customers. I consider this thief and would not recommend using this company for anything in the future. I will continue to pursue getting my refund from them. Stay away from this company in my opinión. They do not do what they say they will​​

He provided the best price of 3 quotes, and even captured 3 things both other companies overlooked in their estimates, plus one mistake which would have been an increased cost to the HOA. He knows the code and does everything by the book, protecting the interest of the customer, with immediate communication to share his analysis & recommendations. My condo community has used many vendors in a variety of trades, and Robert's knowledge, communication, quick responding and fair prices make him shine above all others. He is the only electrician we will use moving forward. We've counted on him for major projects like full electric panel replacements for multi-unit buildings, plus 2 urgent service calls for other matters. Same day response to all! Highly recommend!

Well it's been 2yrs since my last appliance repair. This time it's the ice maker. I received…read moreexcellent communication and a next day service. Tony arrived 15 min prior & got right to work. He was thorough informative & didn't try to up sell me. Unfortunately the part I need is no longer manufactured. But Tony said the fridge is in great working order. The ice maker still works I'll just tolerate the moris code for now. Thank you for your professionalism, timely, honest service.

The prices were right and we got a working washer and dryer set. We paid for delivery and they…read moreoffered a 60 day warranty with their product and services. The washer machine we received needed to be replaced within the 60 day warranty period. It did take some phone tag with Chris and Al to set up a time that worked for the service call but it was worth it. After Al came out to take a look at it he replaced it free of charge with a better machine. We set up our own water, electric, and drain hook up points so we can not speak on that part of their services. We would shop here again and thank you for the machines!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Purchased a washer and dryer from him on May 7th…read more Dryer quit heating on second load. He came out and "fixed" it. Dryer will now heat but does not turn off on its own. Washer agitator did not work properly. He came and "fixed" that too. After 2 loads of him fixing agitator the washer now throws about 4 codes and will not turn on. I have spoken with his office manager (I cant remember her name but she is very nice) at least 4 or 5 times now and she keeps telling me that Al will call me back. Well, its been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for him to call me back and advise what I am going to do with these POS washer and dryer he sold me. I finally just had to go buy a new set that worked as I cant wait for this man to pick up a phone and take 2 min out of his day to resolve the issue as he stated he will not give a refund. I guess i am out 450.00. Very poor business practice and I feel he just stole my 450.00. I am a small business owner myself and would never do this to my clients.
