I took my pressure washer in for repairs and I received a very warm welcome from the young lady behind the counter. They took my machine and we went over what was wrong with it and was told they were about a week out and that was perfect for me. They got ahold of me when it was ready and when I got there to pay my bill, the price for the repairs was considerably lower than what I was expecting!! EVERYTHING has doubled since Covid, but I was refreshingly surprised by how much it cost!! You like that refreshingly?? Yeah it's a word! I would recommend KER to anyone that needs there services. Thank you KER! read more

Purchased a new Husqvarna riding mower a couple years ago, as well as a combo grass trimmer / edger / yard blower. All equipment has performed beyond expectations!! Also for the record, the people there are wonderful! Very personable and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with each time we're there. read more

Nice owner. Good service. Gave good advice and referral to mobile service people for tractor service.

Amazing customer service! Had a mower issue and could not locate a part on a Thursday afternoon. Called several places trying to locate the part with no luck until I called Keep Em Running. Cindy was an angel she was able to locate the part and have it shipped overnight. She went above and beyond finding the part, although she said could not guarantee it would be here overnight since it was a late order but she would do her best. Early Friday I received a call from her the part was in and I could pick it up when I was ready. I am a one man business and if my mower is down I am not working but thanks to Cindy and Keep Em Running I was back up and running Monday morning. Thank you Cindy you have a customer for life! read more

Brought our Grasshopper in after the season to have it tuned up. First time using this shop. Asked for an estimate, and the owner Cindy Daniel advised that the tune up and changing the blades would be between $300-$400, we gave them authorization to do the work. Weeks later, we received a call from Cindy that our mower was ready for pick up and the balance due is $ 1091.47. Needless to say, we were shocked since we were told $300-$400. We had no choice but to pay so they would not hold our mower hostage. This place is a rip off, in Sept 2019 another review by Dustin Porter stated the same thing. They do repairs without authorization, and then you have no choice to pay what ever they want to get your equipment back. STEER CLEAR... RIP OFF's!! read more

Took my generator over and after they diagnosed the problem and didn't fix it they refused to put the generator back together so I got a box of parts back. Would not recommend read more

$80 an hour for labor just to put a few minor parts on, and would have to wait 4-5 weeks, I don't think so....

Expert service and decent turn around time for as busy as they are! They have a customer for life here and I have to pass three other small engine repair shops to get to them... helpful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. You can't ask for more... read more

Very busy for a smaller place, staff seems pretty knowledgeable and best of all always has the repair parts I need when others do not. Cannot say how their repair service is, they had about a months work ahead of mine so I will do the repairs myself. I don't think they're slow, just busy read more

This business provided a valuable community service, and I applaud them! Just 2 days before Hurricane Irma was supposed to hit our area, I was told of a Facebook post the mentioned that Keep 'em Runnin' had a flatbed full of Honda generators. There were no generators in town. I jumped in my car, went down, and sure enough, there they were. They went and picked these up on their own. I stood in line, for about 20 minutes, picked out my Honda Eu3000is, put it in my car, and had lights, tv's, 2 refrigerators, coffee maker etc...working while we lost power. I commend you for this! Thank you so much! BTW, they charged me less than I could have gotten it for online...no gouging! read more
