Had them come out to put clips in and they just gave us the clips. We also mention to them on SEVERAL occasions about the missing piece from 2022 job but guess it went in one ear and out the other. It's sad that you have to write a bad review to MAYBE get their attention on these matters. As I said before the installers are great but management is lacking in customer service and care.
