Follow up Post: We began our Kitchen /Floors remodel on the…read morefirst floor of our home 3/22 and signed contracts with S&W 9/21 we initially had several Issues from careless outside contractors that either were no shows, showed up and never did or finished the jobs. We had our brand new refrigerator scratched and never mounted correctly so the whole back panel froze and we never even got to use the ice cube maker. As Frustrating as the whole process was we had one person in the company who kept pulling through for us every time there was an issue which also included orchestrating our brand new floors needing to be ripped out and replaced due to a manufacturing recall. Although the remodel started out rough mostly due to the lack of tradesman wanting to work and do the jobs they were hired to do which seems to be quiet norm here in Brevard county. Justin Crump who I believe was procurement with S&w when we initially met and he ordered the new refrigerator doors got the entire job mot only done but went over and beyond to make sure we were happy which eventually resulted in bringing out a Finishing Crew to do our final punch list and replaced our refrigerator when the doors the second time around were not installed correctly again. I don't know whether they're doing it deliberately to fool people, or if the staff genuinely just doesn't know anything about techology... at least they're nice? Also, their customer service is absolutely terrible. The technicians showed up late if at all and barely working longer than 3 hours, rushed through the job without properly securing anything, and left in a hurry. Literally minutes after they drove away, the entire hood started sagging and the ductwork came crashing down, dangling like a sad snake from the wall. The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!

It…read moreis a family-owned/run business, with Sam as the owner/project manager and his son and son-in-law doing much of the demo and finishing work along with his daughters in the showroom who helped us pick out our cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures and flooring. From the beginning, Sam and his entire staff were honest and helpful with getting us the design that we wanted. We knew what we wanted to do, but not how to configure anything, but Sam was able to envision everything during his appraisal of the job. We knew we wanted new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and that we wanted to find a way to open the kitchen but just didn't know how. The design that Sam came up with was awesome and made our kitchen feel so much larger. We raised the old 1980s ceiling, which created way more cabinet space, but the design even came with moving appliances that had been in the same place since the house was built and tearing down some walls to make it more open to the dining room and living room. Then he suggested under cabinet lighting and more lighting all over the entire house. The bathroom was the other major renovation for us, and it looks spectacular with the new cabinet/countertop and shower that no longer has a 6-inch drop to get in. We added a shower bench which is awesome and the tile and fixtures are so pretty. Once again, Sam's staff helped us pick out all the cabinets, fixtures, countertops and flooring to go throughout the entire house. There were so many other things done like new baseboards and door trims, removal of popcorn ceiling and replacement of textured ceiling, new lights and ceiling fans, as well as new paint within the entire house. The entire renovation was done with quality workmanship and within the promised 6-week period. It was so nice to have a project manager overseeing all the trades people, such as carpenters, drywall installers, electricians, painters, tilers, glass installers, and plumbers, so that we didn't have to worry about scheduling anything separately. I highly recommend Superb Kitchens and Bath for all your renovation work!

Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it.
