I would not recommend this company as they are very disorganized and never showed up for the appointment that was scheduled.

The problem with this is some of the edges on the things delivered earlier were perfect and a professional granite repair company said of course the edges should be finished. They stopped coming on a regular basis after four weeks and turned a four to six week job into over a three month job. They didn't provide the help moving things they promised , didn't cover the furniture as promised. They didn't stick to the plan that was supposed to make it so I could live there while they worked and got angry with me when I mentioned that. They tried to do as little as possible and call it done and wanted to gaslight me into believing I was being unreasonable by expecting what was promised. One cabinet had a screw half screwed in and the cabinet holding up the microwave only has two of the four screws it's supposed to have holding it up. They left a shelf hanging in the linen closet and holes in the walls. The shelf in the bathroom was put on with two sided tape, not what I was told, and has already fallen off the wall. They claimed all the broken tile came that way but didn't keep any of it so i could return it. The last day they offered to bring half a box back for me and never did. I paid for the grout but miraculously I used exactly what was bought so there was none left over. They left no tough up paint and left without giving me any information on the paint or grout used so I could get more since there are many places that need touch up. They use a cart of mine without asking me and when I mentioned it the main helper said that if I wanted to be a prick the could be pricks too. It was so destroyed that they offered to replace the wheels on it. I picked it up the other day and the wheel fell off. They didn't clean as promised and left a mess in the garage and on my balcony. Don't use these guys!!!

I was working closely with folks at ProSource on the selection of finish materials for the…read morerenovations of our master and guest bathrooms and they recommended I reach out to Feguson Showroom for expert assistance in selection the fixtures and accessories I would need. After I left ProSource, I drove over to the Ferguson Showroom for a look. First impression: I don't recall seeing any other customers in the Showroom when I arrived. Nobody was at the reception desk at the time I arrived, so I walked around hoping the receptionist returned. There were 2 Showroom Reps typing away on their respective computers, but neither one acknowledged me or inquired as to whether I needed assistance. Eventually, I asked one of the ladies if "there was somebody to assist me", as I wanted to inquire how to get started selecting fixtures. Basically, you're invisible inside the Showroom without an appointment. Lesson learned. By this time the Receptionist had returned, and I made an appointment and for the next day. An awkward start to be sure. The next day, with my appointment, I became totally visible to everyone in the Showroom. And I feel like I received expert assistance selecting and ordering my fixtures. A little over $7,000 later, I left feeling much better about my Ferguson experience. The good feeling was temporary, and it never returned. Here's the "bottom line" for any retail customer who's interested in purchasing fixtures at Feguson: You cannot rely upon them. They just seem too big and bureaucratic to effectively deal with a small $7,000 order. The fulfillment guys in the warehouse that coordinate delivery didn't seem to have a basic understanding of how a contruction project works. To my complete frustration, I was notified by email on the day my Contractor was scheduled to pick-up my order that several fixtures did not arrive - the day of pickup!! This totally stripped my ability to make substitute selections and immediately placed my project into a delay. I had to become the "squeaky wheel", constantly reaching out to my Showroom Rep. for any delivery news. To be sure, in the beginning she seemed genuinely interested in helping me get my missing fixtures. She was successful in finding a couple, and they trickled-in a nano-second before they were ready to get installed. But she soon seemed to weary over dealing with the missing fixtures - eventually blaming the delays on Delta. The last straw was when she recommended that I try to find the missing fixtures I needed on Amazon or Home Depot - can you imagine my frustration?!?!? I found the fixtures I needed online, placed my order, and two of them actually arrived the next day! The third missing fixture is scheduled to be delivered in four more days. Ferguson had no idea when, or if, their stuff was ever going to show-up - unbelievable! It's not Delta - it's Ferguson! Unless you're a multifamily residential developer that specifies enough plumbing fixtures to need a couple Ferguson semi-trailers to store your stuff on your construction site, I recommend a "Hard Pass" on using Ferguson for your project. Ferguson is simply too big and bureaucratic to effectively serve small projects and homeowners. They only thing Ferguson performed promptly was processing my partial refund for the fixtures that I was forced to find elsewhere - but I'm pretty sure that was only because they understood how annoyed I was! Ferguson, without a doubt, is one the most frustrating companies I've ever worked with - totally inconsistent and completely unreliable. Proceed with caution! Edit to Add (Jan 16, 2023): One of the telltale signs that an organization is too big and bureaucratic is that their employees are well-trained in the art of "company speak". In essence, telling their customers one thing (for public show) and doing another (because organizational culture is phony). The individual from Ferguson who wrote their response to my original review is the Area Sales Manager for Ferguson. No follow-up ever took place. Her comments leave the reader with the impression Ferguson has a customer-focused culture, when they do not. As I wrote above, "You cannot rely upon them", and this is a terrific real-life example of just that. Proceed with caution.
