I will start this review by saying I had previously purchased carpet from Carpet Fashion and had a flawless experience. I had recommended them to several people. When I purchased the carpet and tile, I had paid in FULL because I was confident in there service. I WAS WRONG! I purchased carpet and back splash tile from Carpet Fashion for my new home. My move in was scheduled around when they could deliver the carpet. Had my salesman been honest up front about the time line, I would have been less stressed. I was told the carpet would take 7-10 days to arrive. I was told the carpet was on the way and would be delivered the next day and installed the following day. On the day of the first installation, I got a call that the carpet had been delivered to a flooring store in Georgia. I was not upset as I understood that mistakes happen. I was told the carpet would be delivered the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday, I was told that the carpet arrived and would be installed the next day. The next morning, I get a call that the carpet had NOT arrived and they were not sure where it was. The carpet arrived the next week, and was installed the next day. BUT, remember the carpet supposedly got delivered to the wrong store in Georgia. Well, it was shipped from a supplier in Georgia. I do not believe it was ever delivered to the wrong store. I think it was never ordered. I also bought linear backsplash to be installed by a PROFESSIONAL tile installer. Linear backsplash requires a SKILL to install. When the installer came, he was frustrated that there was demo of an old backsplash. Carpet Fashion charged me for the DEMO so not sure how he did not know. He left his wife and another female to do the Demo. They then sat for 4 hours waiting for him to return. He dropped off drywall that they then very shoddily replaced the drywall they had torn out. The women then began installing the linear tile, however it appeared to me that they did not know what they were doing. I even commented to them that it was crooked. They could not understand English so I used a Google translator. I sent a message to my salesman who literally did nothing about it. The next day, the ladies returned and continued working. After about 3 hours, I told them to stop. It looked like crap. It was wavy and not straight. The "Professional Installer" came and threatened to quit the job. He even offered me money. He said it was "FINE", but he did admit that neither lady had EVER installed tile before let alone backsplash or linear tile. Someone at carpet fashions must have persuaded him to stay. He ended up ripping everything down and re doing it. Now, I can say it looks better but NOT like a Professional did it. To say I am disappointed is a complete understatement. I would never recommend Carpet Fashion to anyone. I would definitely not recommend that installer to anyone. He should NOT be a tile installer and if Carpet Fashion still contracts work to him, they should be completely ashamed of themselves. read more

Do you want cracked tiles from poor installation?! DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS TRASH COMPANY. Paid 9000 for tile and full install only to have cracked tiles due to poorly done installation. Didn't use enough quick set and cut corners all around nightmare . Management named JUSTIN refused to come assess any issues. Tried to explain the installer no longer is employed with them and blames my 3 year hold home for having foundation issues without coming to assess the issue?? Just a shady business front that doesn't even take the chance to honor any accountability. read more

Walked in, asked for what we needed. Had a price is just a few minutes. They could install it as early as tomorrow. The price installed with PAD, was almost half the price of Home Depot and a third of the price of Lowe's. We pick out a color I had it installed less than 24 hours later no long wait times. Didn't have to pay to have the room measured first. I know how to use a tape measure. They believed me, saving me smith l another $100. We are very happy with their service happy with the sales guys happy with the installer and happy with their large selection of in stock products I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Three days prior to my visit, I called to inquire about carpet binding and was quoted a price on the phone. However, when I went to drop the carpet off, I was told a different/higher price. When I told the man (quite possibly was the owner, but I'm not positive) about the phone quote, he informed me in a very arrogant and condescending tone that no one there would ever have quoted me that price (as if I were making it up). I really believe his attitude was because my binding request wasn't going to result in much money for him and he didn't want to be bothered. I will soon be in the market for tile in my kitchen and dining room and I definitely will NOT be using this business. For me, good customer service beats out price every time. Also, while I was waiting, I noticed a sign near their register saying there was an extra 3% charge if you pay with a credit card. As a consumer, I am much more enticed if their prices included that 3%, then offered me a 3% discount if I paid cash. But I guess that's just me. I ended up walking out and took my rug to be bound elsewhere. Funny thing, the company that I went with not only did my job cheaper, but completed it within 3 hours with much professionalism and friendliness. read more

I was a first time home owner and knew nothing about replacing my flooring, I walked into Carpet Fashions like a deer in headlights not knowing anything of what I wanted or how to even approach the whole thing. I was greeted promptly and asked what it was I was looking for, Even tho I had no idea, The salesman proceeded to show me some of the new and popular items they had. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with my decision, I purchased some beautiful carpet that I had installed on the very next day! Talk about customer service! We are now thinking about doing both bathrooms and our kitchen, I will definitely go back to Carpet Fashions for my purchase, They helped me every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for better service! I enjoyed shopping at Carpet Fashions with their friendly staff and great products. They were very informative, friendly, and professional. They had a huge warehouse full of inventory, and offered special ordering as well. I was in a time crunch and needed something ASAP, and they were able to install it the next day!!!! They have any type of flooring you would need at great prices. They come highly recommended, and I will happily use them again.
