They showed up 30 minutes late which I didn't complain about. They had a rented UHaul truck b/c theirs has been in the shop for over a week, which was strange. After they filled the truck which took 1 1/2 hours they said they would be back within an hour and a half. 2 1/2 hours later Ron called to say management said they were being assigned 2 other jobs instead and wouldn't be back until maybe late tonite. I told them that not only was that unacceptable but they wouldn't be getting paid. Alondra the manager called me and said it was a misunderstanding and they have other smaller jobs they needed to do but ours was a very big job and she thought we weren't in a rush. I explained we heard her workers on the phone getting the ok to spend the day here. She kept saying it was a misunderstanding but the only confusion was on her part. The very sad part was that we wasted a whole day away from our ill 98 year old father. Don't be fooled by the fact they are a large chain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bags break with no cleanup, no pickups, and worse. By now, my HOA was sending me letters because the mattresses had been on my driveway for two weeks. What is wrong with Waste Management? They had some very positive reviews, so I called them. Tim answered my call immediately and happened to be a few miles from me at the time. They scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, and there he was, in my driveway, with his truck at 1:00 PM. They gave me a fair estimate, we agreed, and my mattresses and box springs were finally gone.
