Some were done by the previous owners of my home who had used him, and they had recommended him to me after a small flood ruined the laminates. QUALITY STUCCO, INC. of Melbourne, FL IS AN AWESOME AND FAIR CONTRACTOR:…read more We had work done on the facia trim on the front of our house in SunTree, FL by Quality Stucco in April 2022. They did a truly spectacular job and the work looked great. This June (2026), we noticed that 2x 2' sections of the concrete facia pulled away from the wall and fell to the ground. At first I was thinking that this was the result of poor work from 2022. I called Jim at Quality Stucco and he came out to take a look. As it turns out, the work his team performed in 2022 was NOT the problem. The underlying concrete blocks on the surface of the cinderblock wall was not attached well by the original builder allowing the fasteners to rust through causing the concrete blocks to fall. I looked and he was correct. Not the fault of the 2022 work. To my surprise, Jim offered to rebuild the facia section at no charge. I was very surprised and grateful. The new facia installed by Quality Stucco is perfect and hung correctly. I will sing the praises of Jim and his crew to anyone who will listen. These guys are fair, honest and reasonably priced. I will start this review by saying I had previously purchased carpet from Carpet Fashion and had a…read moreflawless experience. I had recommended them to several people. When I purchased the carpet and tile, I had paid in FULL because I was confident in there service. I WAS WRONG! I purchased carpet and back splash tile from Carpet Fashion for my new home. My move in was scheduled around when they could deliver the carpet. Had my salesman been honest up front about the time line, I would have been less stressed. I was told the carpet would take 7-10 days to arrive. I was told the carpet was on the way and would be delivered the next day and installed the following day. On the day of the first installation, I got a call that the carpet had been delivered to a flooring store in Georgia. I was not upset as I understood that mistakes happen. I was told the carpet would be delivered the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday, I was told that the carpet arrived and would be installed the next day. The next morning, I get a call that the carpet had NOT arrived and they were not sure where it was. The carpet arrived the next week, and was installed the next day. BUT, remember the carpet supposedly got delivered to the wrong store in Georgia. Well, it was shipped from a supplier in Georgia. I do not believe it was ever delivered to the wrong store. I think it was never ordered. I also bought linear backsplash to be installed by a PROFESSIONAL tile installer. Linear backsplash requires a SKILL to install. When the installer came, he was frustrated that there was demo of an old backsplash. Carpet Fashion charged me for the DEMO so not sure how he did not know. He left his wife and another female to do the Demo. They then sat for 4 hours waiting for him to return. He dropped off drywall that they then very shoddily replaced the drywall they had torn out. The women then began installing the linear tile, however it appeared to me that they did not know what they were doing. I even commented to them that it was crooked. They could not understand English so I used a Google translator. I sent a message to my salesman who literally did nothing about it. The next day, the ladies returned and continued working. After about 3 hours, I told them to stop. It looked like crap. It was wavy and not straight. The "Professional Installer" came and threatened to quit the job. He even offered me money. He said it was "FINE", but he did admit that neither lady had EVER installed tile before let alone backsplash or linear tile. Someone at carpet fashions must have persuaded him to stay. He ended up ripping everything down and re doing it. Now, I can say it looks better but NOT like a Professional did it. To say I am disappointed is a complete understatement. I would never recommend Carpet Fashion to anyone. I would definitely not recommend that installer to anyone. He should NOT be a tile installer and if Carpet Fashion still contracts work to him, they should be completely ashamed of themselves.

Our installer had a client who used them on a previous job and they were very pleased so he recommended them to us and we couldn't have been more pleased. Adam came out as scheduled to give us a quote and was very knowledgeable about the options and approximate pricing so that we could make our choices as accurate as possible. There was a pretty quick turnaround, which is nice these days, and he made sure the glass was in perfect condition before confirming the installation date and he came out immediately. The install was a little challenging due to some leveling issues by the builder, but he made it work. It looks fabulous and we were very happy about how he left everything clean and ready to go!
