They walked in to Kane's Furniture and met David and he was great help. They found furniture they liked! It was on sale and I was able to get it for them from 3k miles away. Furniture was fully delivered and assembled by Kane's delivery team (not outsourced) . After the fact, David even texted me to ask about how delivery went and if my parents were happy. I am very grateful and highly recommend Kane's and their delivery service. The only setback was the bed took about two months for delivery but David kept me informed every step of the way. Again, the only hassle was the wait, but having a great salesperson made all the difference!

The lady told me I had to put my number in... I did and it didn't give it to me. She called a manager, and they said they can't give it to me until I register online. I had my ID in my hand, but that's not good enough. You have to get verified online otherwise they won't give you the discount. So disappointing and frustrating. I did not buy the items I came for. The crazy part is I was going to write up a positive review because I saw so many things that support the military... hence the photos I first took. But this is terrible service. "You have to pay for your things now without your discount but you can go online and register for it for further purchases". I used to be able to just show my ID card for the discount. Why would I want to return after this inconvenience and terrible customer service? I believe in technology and the world moving forward with progress, but sometimes common sense has to play into things and there should still be a way to show my military ID card and get my discount. What about the elderly vets who don't understand how to do things online? I guess they just don't ever get their discount. Why not set up a computer in store that people can register in person by showing their actual ID? Instead you tell them they can't get it for this purchase because they have no way to help you. Makes you wonder if they don't do this to prevent some of us from receiving it... makes more money for them. Seems awful convenient they have made it difficult for us to get it the discount.
