Whenever I didn't have time to order certain products on Amazon for my clients, this is the first stop I'll take before trying any other beauty supply store in the area. It's very clean, and I've never had any issues here. The staff is extremely helpful and actually takes the time to look for products when you need them. They're knowledgeable, which is rare--especially as a hairstylist, I've seen plenty of beauty supply stores that just push anything for a sale. But this location truly cares and is educated about the products they carry. As a Black-owned business, they understand the needs of melanated women and the importance of quality hair care. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area.
