Most items are very reasonably priced and there are little treasures, especially jewelry, but also ceramics, art, and a bit of everything in a small back room, from furniture to chess pieces. Don't miss her unique collection of art painted (gouache) on papyrus. Mervat will even sign or paint your name in hieroglyphics, free or for a small fee! The shoe sales company, itself, I like. I really get enticed by their BOGO 50% Off offers any time I come in there (it gives me a great excuse to pick up two pairs instead of just one.) But the sales associates are less than friendly, regardless of the day or time I shop there, and there's nothing to mention when it comes to service. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.
