After a month, I told them to pack it up and I would come pick it up and take it somewhere else. My brother recalled getting fair service at a place in Boulder. I called them today to arrange to bring my brother's computer to them. Batteries Plus hunted the internet for the cheapest, refurbished phone they could find to offer me compensation for their incompetence. Did they tell me their policy for when they destroy someone's phone? - NO Did they offer me a brochure about their repair policy and this little fine print item??? - NO Buyer Beware! I stand by this review. Folks who've had successful battery replacement, good for you. You were lucky. Imagine if you're told not only did the tech destroy your phone, but you lost all your content.
