Do not use this store, there is another a little farther from this store that is authorized. Verizon is very uncooperative and we have spent hours trying to solve this mess.

I took it to the Apple Store twice. They could never find or even duplicate the problem. After I got it back, it crashed 5 times in 24 hours, so I'm not sure why they couldn't even duplicate it. So I took it to Longmont Mac Repair. They figured it out in less than an hour and a half. They ordered the part and I had it back in a couple of days. They nailed it. From now on, they're my first stop. I just assumed the geniuses at Apple would be able to fix it, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have to drive an hour through a canyon to even get to the store. And I didn't have time to wait four hours on top of that. So I left. But when I got to my vehicle, I suddenly couldn't charge the phone, nor connect to the internet. I had been doing both during the one hour drive to the store!! And in fact, I have NEVER had a problem like that. Went back in to explain that now my phone wouldn't charge nor could I get to the internet. I explained this to the front greeter, and she basically implied I was lying by saying it wasn't possible that this had happened!! Equally as bad, she stood so close to me in her firm denial that it was uncomfortable. I had to firmly ask to see a manager. She got a guy to come over who said he was the "Lead". I explained the same thing to him, and like her, he seemed to doubt these two problems were possible and he was as cold as ice. I was shocked. He said I'd have to wait at least 40 minutes just for someone to look at it and walked away. What is going on with this store??? He then came back in 5 minutes, and said he'd look at the phone. And voila, he FIXED the two problems that he had been doubtful about, and that the female greeter had said couldn't have happened. When I got home, I now see this Boulder Apple store is down to 3.8 in its ratings, and on Yelp, it's 2.2. TERRIBLE APPLE STORE.

They did a good job fixing my phone. They did let me know of some other things that were wrong inside but i opted to not worry about it. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Once they got the part, they called me to let me know it was in. I brought my phone in an it took 2 hours to get my phone done. So quick service. I have been with ATT for a long time but moved to Longmont about a year ago and my cellphone reception has been spotty at best - sometimes I simply can't make or receive a phone call in my home but I could when I first moved here and for several months. I came to this ATT store to assess what might be the source or sources of my problem. The service tech who helped me was down right efficient, smart, responsive and offered a wonderful customer service can-do attitude. He found several issues that would likely be part of the problem, solved them and welcomed me back if what he did didn't make the difference I needed. I never felt like I was a bother to him or like he had something more important to do. What he did didn't quite solve the whole issue but it did improve the reception some. I will go back and see what else can be done. I wish I remembered his name because I do think it matters who you get to help you. Luck of the draw!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with AT&T customer service, both in-store and over the…read morephone. I went in for help with a locked SIM and was told the employee couldn't unlock it or even take a payment, only to return the next day and have a different employee take a payment--clearly inconsistent and incorrect information. I was repeatedly told to "call customer service," despite the fact that my SIM was locked and I couldn't make calls. AT&T locked my SIM due to a device balance, (I was switching to T Mobile and T-Mobile had already agreed to pay it off when I switched). As a result, AT&T left me without a working phone for two days. I spent nearly an hour on hold, on their landline in store, without reaching a real person and was told it could take up to four days total to restore service. This situation was incredibly stressful and inconvenient. The customer service was unhelpful, inconsistent, and dismissive. I will never use AT&T again and strongly caution others about using AT&T. They just want every last dime and don't care about your experience at all.
