Thought the charging port on my aiPhone was shot. They looked at it, cleaned the port and all was well. No charge. I'll be back again. read more

When the geniuses at the Apple Store couldn't fix my laptop, these guys did. I had a recurring problem with my Powerbook overheating and shutting down, sometimes several times a day. I took it to the Apple Store twice. They could never find or even duplicate the problem. After I got it back, it crashed 5 times in 24 hours, so I'm not sure why they couldn't even duplicate it. So I took it to Longmont Mac Repair. They figured it out in less than an hour and a half. They ordered the part and I had it back in a couple of days. They nailed it. From now on, they're my first stop. I just assumed the geniuses at Apple would be able to fix it, but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I've always gotten great service here, and had a little panic when I saw they weren't in they're original location. Thank goodness they only moved shop. I was able to go get some charger bit fished out of my iPad and was back home in less than 20 minutes. Granted all problems aren't so simple, but in the past I've had similarly speedy results before and trustworthy repairs. Highly recommended. read more

I dropped my phone one too many times and the screen finally broke. The Apple store would have charged me 129$. It was 70$ here. The young man was very helpful and had my phone fixed in an hour! My laptop needed a new battery, so based past experience, I took it to this place. They needed to order the battery I needed and it would take about 5 days. Sounded fine, so I left it there. Imagine my surprise when I got a call a few hours later saying my computer was ready to pick up. Seems they'd ordered a battery for another customer who had to cancel their repair, so they were proactive and used it for my computer! That's excellent customer service! These two young men were both very professional and very friendly too. I will be recommending this place to all my friends!!!!!! read more

Brought 'em a fully functional laptop for cleaning- we have dogs, and 2 weeks later got back a brick. No idea what's wrong, and no interest in fixing their oopsie. I try and support local businesses, but there is probably a reason this place is between a nail salon and a for lease sign. Find a successful small business online and ship it to them. No particular reason to go here. read more

My iPhone died, I thought I'd need to drive to Boulder but found Longmont Mac Repair. Josh checked it, replaced the battery in about 20 ms and it's great. I'll bring my MacBook Pro to him when I'm ready, it's great to find this kind of quality tech help so close. read more

It's not a good feeling when you drop your iPhone 4 and break the screen. I was in sticker shock at the repair costs but had a great experience at this store, which offers competitive pricing. The woman answered the phone each time I called and was friendly. I was shopping around and doing research so I had a lot of questions. She patiently answered all of them. She also had everything in stock and only uses Apple parts. My new iPhone 4 screen was installed in less than two hours. I dropped it off at the store and it was ready before I finished having lunch with a friend. It was so convenient to pick my phone up in a few hours. She gave me a loaner phone while I was waiting for my phone and called me when it was ready. read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me out more than once within minutes with some time-consuming trouble shooting.

These fine folks have repaired a couple of devices of mine over the past couple of years. Most recently a battery replacement on an iPhone. They are quick, courteous, and fair. They quote a price and stick to it. They give a time to pick up the device, and have always had it done when I returned. What more can you ask for? read more

GREAT friendly service. They fixed my shattered i-phone screen in under an hour. Quick and stellar repair for a great price. Highly recommended. read more

Taken a couple I phones to them for repair they seem competitively priced. Clean fast work. Had a issue with a mac book unable to boot. Apple told me it was a hardware issue and to send it in. took it to Longmont Mac repair and they were able to quickly get it passed the problem and didn't even charge me. read more

Do NOT go here for iphone repair!! I called them about needing a new camera lens cover for my iphone 11pro and they said they could do it in about an hour. I dropped off my phone and came back an hr later. There was dust and lint all over inside the lens cover. I couldn't stay to have them do it again as I had just gotten groceries. A couple of days later I was at work and it was raining. I had the phone in my fleece jacket under my rain jacket so it did NOT see any rain, maybe just a little humidit. ALL of the cameras fogged up. None of my clients had any issues with their phones, nor have I ever had this issue. 2 weeks later and one camera on the back is still useless and my face ID won't work on the front camera. Upside? He didn't charge me the $40 he quoted. Downside: I saved $40 and now my $1200 Iphone 11 Pro cameras are trashed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE!! read more

I have had my iphone repaired here twice and both times have been very positive. The service is fast, efficient, and affordable. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. read more

They do PCs now! Which is absolutely awesome. My laptop was on the fritz, and I suspected a virus of some sort. Turns out, my computer had contracted all sorts of nasty stuff, but Ryan (I think... my apologies!) cleared everything up in a little over a day and was super nice and helpful about everything. I love that he went out of his way to explain the process to me a few times and also offer some pretty helpful tips. The only drawback was that it was a bit pricier than expected, but I needed a prompt repair, so I couldn't shop around much. Laptop is in tip-top shape! Plus, the computer tech was a total babe. I would definitely recommend. read more

They had the best prices for iPhone repairs in the area. I called around getting a quote on what I needed fixed from every store in Longmont and Boulder and they had the best price and the quickest turnaround. After my experience I'd say they were extremely professional, quick, and everything seems to be working great so far. Super happy. read more

A simple request of transferring program files between my old MacBook in the new Macbook. After 7 visits to the store and working closely with their resident young staff technicians, Unfortunately they did not deliver on my original request. I'm sure there's certain tasks this staff may perform well. In my case this turned out to be a living three week Nightmare scenario. read more

My internal and external HD's on my MacBook were full and I was getting start-up disc notifications. Being the non tech-savvy person I am, I ignored them til I about shot my internal HD. Raven was able to install a new one and transfer all my files over (which took a bunch since it was failing). Great customer service and a reasonable price. Fast. I recommend. read more

Prompt service, friendly folks and the repair looks great. I dropped off my iPad at lunch and got a call that it was ready before the day was over. read more

After a long diagnostic process trying to fix my MacBook Pro, the only solution they could come up with was a spendy one, but they mentioned that one component for my unit was under recall. They suggested I try going to the apple store in boulder before committing to an expensive fix, and lo and behold I was covered and my computer was brought back to life for approximately $0. This is a business that could obviously tell I am a luddite, that I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to even basic computer technology, and instead of taking advantage of me, they gave up on an $800+++ sale because they have that kind of honesty and integrity. read more

Excellent service to replace shattered glass on my iPhone 5. I was happy to have my phone back in just 1 hour for $109+ tax.

The service man was so nice and courteous and took care of the problem with little effort. They were able to remove a particularly vicious and tenacious adware/malware menace that I had downloaded by accident. They had to do some extra clean-up work to get it completely out of my system, but now I have my MacBook Air back just as it was before. Highly recommend their services. read more

The guys at Longmont Mac Repair are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very helpful! 10/10 will use them again!

I would not dream of taking my MacBook Pro anywhere else for service and repairs.

I took my ipad in for some help on how best to remove it from its badly damaged case. i had struggled to remove it until a friend suggested that i bring it to longmont mac repair for help. i was not disappointed. the service tech had a difficult time removing the ipad as well but he was patient, helpful and he finally got it out of the case. i felt that i was treated fairly and respectfully and the cost was well worth it. read more

Never, ever, again. The original replacement screen that they installed failed and when they replaced it a 2nd time the touch ID sensor was damaged and could not be repaired. The audio performance of the phone was seriously compromised and calls were almost inaudible. I suspect that the speaker &/or the microphone was mis-aligned / bumped in some manner during the most recent repair attempt. I took the phone back AGAIN and the result of their work was a dead phone. The position of the store is very clear, my problem not theirs. The staff was polite. The owner was also polite and she refunded the cost of the replacement screen. I will go to an Apple store in the future as I simply cannot risk having a single screen repair result in a dead phone. read more

They said they close at 5 pm on Thursday but I went at 415 to get my screen fixed and they were already closed. Super unprofessional and immature. I can't deal with my cracked screen and these people need to learn how run a business and stick to what their times are. Super disappointed and let down. I could have a fixed screen right now but they were to rushed to get off work so they closed early for no reason. Not happy. read more

I got my iphone 5c screen fixed here. Later that day it started too burn so hot i couldn't hold it - went on for 20 minutes. I could smell the burning electronics. Fried. Then screen went black. Brought it in and they found that a loose screw had punctured the battery. They replaced the battery but refused to replace the (3 month old) phone. They would not admit that it was their fault. Lesson: take it to the Apple store. Its more expensive but they won't ruin your much more expensive phone and will guarantee their work. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I had my iphone 6 repaired may 31st, 2016 here and not even a month later my phone screen was blacking out and popping out. I had put it in an otterbox and not dropped it once. The screen one morning randomly sprouted a crack and now my whole phone is shot. I have called several times to have it replaced and they will not return any of my calls or answer. Terrible service and terrible quality. read more

I went in to get my husband's phone repaired maybe a month ago. Since getting the glass swapped out on his 4S the phone has been in terrible shape. The screen flickers in and out (which it didn't do AT ALL even when the front glass was shattered), we lost all of our photos, and the bottom screws were left out of the phone causing the back glass to fall off and break separately. I called to try and explain the situation and see if my husband's phone could get a second look and maybe another glass replacement for both the front and back and the woman who answered, named Raven, refused to acknowledge any part of the story EVEN THOUGH I HADN'T EVEN BROUGHT IT IN AGAIN and said I had probably dropped it again. Worst service ever. Never going back. read more
