I still can't figure out why we went through several years of such frustration with lack of service. My daughter wasn't able to get service in her dorm room. I thought maybe it was because the dorm was concrete and multiple levels, until one day I pulled up outside to pick her up and I wasn't even out of my car and didn't have service.
