The offices close at 5 when she told me no usually they close at 6 or 7. She had trouble looking to see if any offices were open still. So now I have to wait until Monday for a tech to come out. Apparently they don't work weekends. Also she had trouble telling me what to do to try to reboot. I need another cable company because this one i Also our cable goes out at least once a week. It will also just go black and then sometimes it will have a message that pops up. This is the worse cable company. My father has had issues too.
