Would give zero stars if possible on this one. Ported two t-mobile numbers to AT&T in February 2025 due to poor t-mobile service coverage in NE KY. At the time additionally called to ensure all numbers on the account were cancelled on t-mobile's end including a "complimentary line" that was added when we first got our t-mobile service (without giving us a number for this line). They continued to charge us two additional months, approximately $240, after cancelling their services and assuring us that everything was good. After a phone call upon noticing we were continued to be charged, they required us to present to the local store to re-cancel their services "complimentary line" they had already assured us was cancelled. Elisia C ("as in cat") was successful in getting the line cancelled (yet again) but was unsuccessful in getting us refunded the $240 stolen from us by t-mobile. Say no to t-mobile, say no to "complimentary lines" (and servicers deceptive tactics to rob you after cancellation), and say no to Elisia C "as in cat." read more

I have been a Tmobile customer for 17+ years. Might I say that its about time we get a physical store here in Winchester. It was awful annoying to have to drive to Lexington and go to an actual store when I had an issue. That being said. This store is tucked right in between a UPS store and a Papa Johns. Win win. They are really clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They suggest ways to save money or make accounts better. I have been in here a few times so far. Both times the person behind the counter has helped me greatly. I have to give them props for that. If you are needing a new phone carrier or just a new phone. Go see the people here. Well I got to start by saying my wife hates it when we go to the t-mobile store. Years ago we had to drive Nicholasville Rd in Lexington. Then they opened one up in Hamburg and now we have one in Winchester. I love the folks at each of these stores. The folks in the Winchester store are so helpful. I went in at Christmas but did not make a purchase. When I went in today they remembered us and just continued on from where we left off. Today I made a purchase for my son. Spent a little more than I wanted but my son will happy on his birthday. I was pleased with the service and I am a big fan of t-mobile. The monthly price is cheaper that all the competition and the Corp. Is more honest in my humble opinion than the competition. Back to my wife she still hates the wait at T-mobile but she did like the fact that we could shop in town and did not have to drive to Lexington. The wife said it felt like we were there an hour and a half. We were in and out in 15 minutes which I think was pretty good. My spouse is not into technology I am thinking.
