i had scheduled with duct bee clean 2 years ago to have my ducts cleaned. they showed up on time,…read morebrought a shop vac and left a mess near every air vent. they installed a uv light on my furnace and shortly after they left when my air came on it was extremely loud and vibrated my walls. I called them back and it took 2 weeks for them to come back out. the loud noise happened again shortly after. they came back one more time. basically said it was a mounting issue. its been loud ever since. I had already paid and knew I wasnt getring my money back. it's been 2 years and it's loud every time my air comes on. i called today. they looked up my service, had me on hold for 10 minutes in silence and hung up on me. I called back and could not get anyone on the phone. this is the poorest service and a complete waste of money. i wouldn't be shocked if they have done damage to my hvac but I guess I'll be calling my actual air tech on Monday and spending money for something I simply asked they come and remove but got hung up on for.
