They responded immediately and I had a quote over the phone. The owner met me in person at the property to discuss the final project and then the work began. Even though there were more issues that presented themselves as the work began, the contractor kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job and even with the extra issues they came in right at the estimated amount. They left the premises clean and I would definitely recommend them. After having these issues, we discovered that not only are they not an approved vendor, but the adjuster indicated that he had other customers who had these same issues. I found similar issues for Spotless reported to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend finding another company with a commitment to honesty to do business with.

They were incredibly loud all day Saturday with the repairs. I was told around 1pm that they should be finishing up in an hour so. They were there until at least 6pm. The next day, I have a scheduled repair for my back patio gate, because it had not been closing for 7+ weeks, and I could not wait for my HOA any longer as it was a safety issue. It was fixed and on that Sunday, I was able to open and close my back patio gate. The gutter repairs were (apparently) being continued to Monday morning. It was again loud, but not as loud as Saturday. I came home from work at 4pm to find them taking up my entire back patio. I left shortly after and returned at 7pm, to find the back patio gate unusable again. The same gate that I paid to have repaired the day prior, No one answered the phone number I had for them, despite advertising themselves as "24 hour" service. They were incredibly disrespectful of my property. This is extremely unacceptable for the prices they charge.
