Their main goal was to get us to buy more services. Two men came, one carrying a vacuum cleaner and one doing the marketing who was trying to scare us of mold and bacteria in our vents. After I stopped Corey from drilling holes into our furnace and charging us $1,100, he lost interest and went outside. I went to the person who was vacuuming and asked why he did not vacuum the wall vents as I was told wall vents were included. He told me to ask Corey. When they were leaving and still would not clean the wall vents, I asked Corey to come back in and he told me there's no dust. After I insisted, he brushed off the outside of the vents with a duster where the dust fell onto our floors. He refused to vacuum them. After they left, I found out that some of the floor vents were not cleaned. They blocked my message in Marketplace Messenger after I asked them to come back and clean all the vents. When I telephoned, they hung up on me. They also charged a fee for using credit card when they told me earlier that there would not be a fee. What they did, we could have done same with our vacuum cleaner. read more

This company destroyed my furnace motor, completely burned it up! It cost me a lot of money to have a tech put in a new motor and clean the furnace. The company won't even call me back! I was promised a partial refund after their air duct cleaning services only to be blocked from messenger and Facebook. the $249.00 special ended up costing $1100.00. I do not recommend this company. their word means nothing. I'm out $1100.00 and now waiting on a trusted company, Stanley Steamer to show up And do the job. FYI...karma sucks Duct Bee!!! This is directed toward the owners as the technicians were very nice. read more

The worst company for service and professionalism I have ever experienced! They did not clean up and properly clean all our vents. Plus they messed with my furnace causing water to leak on my floor. read more

We made an appointment with Duct Bee Clean and two men showed up to clean our air ducts. It didn't take long for me to see they didn't know what they were doing. The equipment used consisted of a shop vacuum and a hose a little smaller than a garden hose. The hose was hooked to a compressor installed in their van. The hose had a small metal tip with several holes in it. After watching a two and a half inch hole being cut in the side of the shroud on the HVAC package unit I asked what it was for. I was informed thats where the dust and debris would be vacuumed from. The shroud just protects the flex duct that attaches to the HVAC unit outside the house. To have any chance for this to work a hole would be needed in the flex duct. When I asked how he was going to get a hole in the flex duct and get sealed back up he didn't have a clue! That's when we both decided to call it a day. I gave them $80.00 for there time. My advice don't use this company. read more
