He was to tier a flower bed on one side of the house, build a wall across the back of my property, and bring in top soil and plant grass. The wall and the tier were to be made with railroad ties. He built a wall that is leaning and every professional says will not stand. He covered my yard with fill dirt (clay). He returned half the the railroad ties and kept the money. I had paid for them along with giving him several thousand dollars up front. He started this job April 2024 and strung me along until October with promises and excuses. He walked off the job in October 2024 when I tried to get him to get the remain railroad ties off my neighbors property which he had put there in July without asking permission (he had told the neighbors about them afterwards and said they would only be there a couple of days). They are still there. I don't know how good a job he does elsewhere, but I haven't seen any good work from him. I lost a lot of money and time on him. By the time Zack left, I had to wait until this spring get the mess he left fixed. If you have any yard work and if it is a big job, I would advise you to look elsewhere. If it's a small job, I don't know what to tell you because I haven't seen any thing good from him yet. I gave him one star because there wasn't any thing lower. My yard is in much worse shape the when he got a hold of it.
