Been to this location multiple times and I'm always disappointed. First time they lied to my wife when we switched on acct. that she wouldn't be paying more then she already was and guess what? She pays more now at least by $40. Next time we went in to get her a new phone and they said we had to wait for the safe to open which took about 10-30 mins and once it opened he didn't even have the phone in there and thennnn we decided to go with a different phone and he jammed the safe so we got nothing. And then the last time we went in about a week ago (different guy everytime) they didn't have the phone she wanted and said the closest was battleground and tried pushing her to get a different phone. We left with nothing yet again. Won't be going back here. read more

Was ordered the wrong phone today by a rep and now cannot order a new phone bc the SIM card for that # is en route. He had me sign the agreement in his iPad and when I asked to read the agreement he told me, "oh you'll get an email." Two trips to the store plus another one to return the phone when it finally comes in. It should be noted: the phone I wanted would only increase my bill $6/month. The phone the rep ordered would increase it $23/a month. My gut is telling me it wasn't an accident and he was hoping that I wouldn't notice. The crazy thing is, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the other sales rep was bouncing a ball noisily the entire time. Got home from upgrading two phones and saw that we now showed phone insurance on our bill for both lines. This was never discussed with us or we would have declined. I called the store and the man who answered said "yeah, sometimes that happens during the holidays. Just call 611 to reverse it." Why would your staff sign people up for things they don't ask for during the holidays? Big red flag. When I called 611, the rep on the phone then looked at our account more closely and discovered that beyond signing us up for insurance without our consent, the new discount plan they had signed us up for we were actually not eligible for, and the 4th line that they told us we were "required to open" to get said discount was actually not required at all. The AT&T rep at 611 was amazing and gave us a big credit back to cover the costs but it took 2 hours on the phone to undo what the employee in the store did. Do not recommend this location, and if you upgraded here recently, check your bill! read more

I was told that I could get $800 toward a a new phone on a trade in and everything was fine. Then after I got my new phone and took my old phone in apparently I have a small scratch and now my old phone was only worth $350!? Customer service is good and I understand that they have rules but this felt like I was completely caught off guard and it could have been avoided if they simply would have inspected the old phone prior to quoting me on the estimate. I did the research on the new galaxyS20, decided to trade my phone in on it, thinking i was getting 300 trade in. and my bill would go up 30 bucks a month or something. went in there today to do it. (after talking to them the previous day) the real deal is. have to change to an unlimited plan to get the 300.00, and they only give a fraction of the money for the trade in. 140.00 in my case for a sealed in the box s9 my bill would go up a LOT! im paying like 160 now, and this would have made it like 270. wasted an hour of my life today because they waited till the end to tell me the real deal. The guy in the wheelchair was so u helpful as we asked questions all he kept saying "ya if my manager was in." So you don't have a manager on staff? This store sucks, the employees are miserable. We We visited this store yesterday to get a prepaid SIM card for my mom. The sales rep (Ramze) was very nice and gave us alot of info and mentioned that he will upgrade our requested plan for $5 up charge for 10G more data and specifically mentioned he will waive the $15 activation fee. Today upon checking the receipt emailed to me I found out he had not applied the upgrade and not waived the activation fee either. When I called the store he denied having ever offered the activation fee waiver to us and told us the upgraded plan had expired (fair but he didn't bother mentioning it to us at checkout). Very unsatisfied with this service and specifically will not be returning to this location. read more

Go to Costco - no shady reps & better deals! After my last horrible visit at this store, I decided to go elsewhere to trade in my phone and upgrade my plan. I went to Costco & found better pricing and friendly reps. At Costco, they have all cellphone carriers and so the reps try to get you the best deal. One of the reps at Costco used to work at this AT&T store and he said he had to leave because of the unscrupulous way they will be told to sell to customers. This store and its crew are the best. I had placed an order with AT&T over the phone to upgrade my line, add a line and port a number, upgrade my phone and get a new phone for the new line. Well needless to say AT&T screwed up big time. I spent a week in customer service hell trying to fix everything. I even went to another AT&T store to try and fix it only to be told that they couldn't until the order made over the phone was cancelled, but even though I cancelled the order it wasn't clearing out of AT&T's system. The crew at this store not only fixed the issue and got the order fully cancelled, but corrected a lot of mistakes the phone agent made, and redid the order correctly all in about an hour. They saved me from a Kafkaesque corporate bureaucratic nightmare and made it a great experience. Now I have everything I ordered and it's been smooth sailing since they fixed everything. If AT&T customer service makes your life hell, the crew at this store will fix it. Best AT&T store I've ever been to, probably best on the west coast. read more

So we were really upset when we walked into this store. I could tell the sales person just didn't have the patience to try to help us with the mess that AT&T created for us. He kindly asked us to call 611 to get the help we needed and then once they gave him clearance to waive the fees to fix their mistake he promptly and courteously helped us. Not only that but in talking to 611 which I'd never done before we got our bill lowered by a lot with the same services. It turned out to be an amazing experience. I appreciate that the sales associate understood what he could and couldn't do and took appropriate action. read more

I went to this location this morning and was greeted by Duryan. I had several problems. I had ordered a phone the week before being told that it would arrive in 2-4 business days. As of this morning when I checked the shipping info it gave me a date range of 11/27-12/4. This wouldn't have been a big deal but my phone completely died this morning. Duryan took considerable time helping me. He had to call and cancel my original order and set me up with a new phone. When I ordered the original phone, the associate signed me up for phone insurance which I did not want. Duryan reversed that as well. He also spent a lot of time and care putting on my screen protector and making sure it was registered properly. Duryan made what could have been an unpleasant experience very easy. read more

I don't know what exactly AT&T thinks they are doing from a retail perspective...upon entering the store they arrange in a way that resembles an Apple store retail model...however....if there is any sort of similarity...it ends there. AT&T sucks. They have the longest wait times and are constantly turning people away. Dirty stores and understaffed. The company needs a complete overhaul as far as their retail side goes. I don't know why anyone who doesn't have a contract in play would choose AT&T over other similar sized mobile companies...and for those like me with current plans, it makes me really think long and hard about transferring the service to a competitor. read more

I'm not sure if the k owing lies to me or if they just didn't k ow know the facts but I walked out with an upgrade that I was told would increase my bill $20 and ended up with a $130. My mother-in-law went into the store in early November 2016 to upgrade her phone and buy an iPad mini for her grandchildren. She left with charges and obligations that she did not intend to incur. The first was a protection plan on her new phone for $10.99/month. The second was a 2-year access-plan contract for the iPad mini at $10/mo. It is incumbent upon store personnel, when dealing with a customer who is not as tech-savvy as the younger generation, to make sure the customer fully understands the obligations which she is incurring. The store personnel failed in that duty. When my mother-in-law returned to the store to modify her purchase, the store personnel did reverse the charges and void the contract, but they charged her a $45 "restocking" fee for the (unopened) iPad mini. When I voiced my displeasure with the manager, Alicia, she told me that everything was explained and that she had no authority to waive the restocking fee. We will not be returning to this store, and we encourage others to avoid this store as well. read more
