Chad felt that he didn't care about my wishes and decided on his own to add the insurance plan to my bill anyways so that he could get the commission. I don't understand why he asked me if he was just going to do what benefited him in the end. I realized what he had done after the fact when seeing the insurance charge on my bill for the last 2 months. Chad, you are literally the worst kind of person.

At the time i thought to myself.... "GREAT!!! Now i get to converse with Grizzly Adams himself?? Why would anyone willingly wear such a hideous unkempt beard!!?? This guy HAS to be special...." What i didnt know at the time was that deep within that untamed mane of facial pubic hair (which probably smells pretty bad), lies an infinite wisdom of all things Apple.... I explained to Mr. Beebe that my phone was recently hacked by Apple because Tim Cook wants me to turn over my Iphone 3GS and get the new Iphone. But thats a different story for another day. Anywho.......Naturally I didn't want to turn my phone on because of Mr. Cooks recent infiltration's. ALL I wanted Mr. Beebe to do was to access my Slim Card and retrieve all of my Pictures, Contacts, Emails, Apps, Music, Location Data, and the WiFi password to my mother in-laws home network in Mobile Alabama that i logged into just last august. Seemed easy enough. But no! Adam informed me that this would not be possible. I was dumbfounded as I have always taken great care of my Slim Card. It has never been Wet or damaged. What Grizzly Adam did next is the reason I will stay with AT&T Forever!!! He suggested that I run home and retrieve my laptop and he would help me transfer all of my Data via I-tunes!! After About 5-6 hours Adam was able to successfully help me retrieve MOST of my data from CROOKED TIM via the itunes program. Thank GOODNESS!!! If you have ever have ANY Technical Issues, Need your Passwords reset, Blackberry Email Set up, Computer hardrive fragmented you HAVE TO ASK FOR ADAM BEEBE!!! This is the best AT&T Location for that! Trust me!!! I will be back to the store soon to get a New Universe remote because it wont work on my new AT&T Direct TV sattelite box...

The agent I worked with seems to be more senior in responsibility and that could be why. The customer service I received was excellent and I felt like I was treated like a person. While doing a data transfer he politely told me he would need to work with another customer while it finished, but I expect that as it was busy at the time. I did not like having to go into the mall and other customers did not seem to be having the same good time with other agents and that's why I rounded down to 3 stars.

PS my fiancée ordered a phone the same day and he TOO has an incorrect name AND address on his shipment. So we will have two phones in limbo with ZERO customer service/resolution. This just happened again today. I was greeted by Krystal, who is an absolute customer service superstar. Her demeanor - her professionalism - her absolute focus on solving my problem - her reaching out for an additional resource when needed - her DELIVERY of the result - TREMENDOUS. My only regret is that I didn't record this with my camera - her service could be demonstrated to an ATT national training class under "how to retain and develop great relationships with raving fan customers".
