Nothing But Lies and Misinformation First Lie: Colby at a…read morefranchise store assured me, "Verizon won't sell you 5G Home Internet unless they are certain it will work in your area." That statement was false. It did not work. Second Lie: Colby told me, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Third Lie: When I went to the company store, the manager told me, "You cannot return it here. You have to take it back to the franchise store." Fourth Lie: I returned to the franchise store, where Colby again insisted, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Final Runaround: A sales clerk at the company store then told me the equipment had to be returned to a UPS Store. It is astonishing that no one seems to know the actual return procedures. The misinformation, the back-and-forth, and the wasted time are unacceptable. For the record, T-Mobile's system works perfectly at this same location.

Computer Pros may have another side to this story, but I wouldn't know it because they do not answer the phone, respond to voicemail, or return text messages. I'm pretty sure they just ran a scam to steal $900 where they get you to send money via PayPal, fake a refund, and then try and get you to pay again via CashApp. I didn't send the CashApp and now I am fighting to get back the PayPal. - No straight answers to questions without the initial $200 to "Reserve-a-Technician" - Provided an unrealistically low initial estimate to get their foot in the door - Lied about labor to complete an installation being covered by the initial $200 - Showed up more than two hours late to the first "diagnostic" appointment - Disappeared and stopped answering messages after collecting another $900 and claiming issues with PayPal
