We stopped there for the 1st two phones and thought we got in before they had a chance to call. When the 3rd phone never arrived, we went in to check and they said, "oh, it's been here quite a while." When I asked why they didn't call they basically said they didn't know. When I complained, the response was "you got it now". She seemed upset that I didn't think it was right to lie to a customer. We need another phone - will NEVER go back ther!

The manager at the retail store was extremely rude and refused to help with a situation his employees created. He insisted that we were at fault for not returning my phone within 30 days of my upgrade. We explained that his rep locked out my phone and we came in twice to turn in the phone but was turned away because the phone was locked by the incompetence of one of his employees. He was unwilling to listen and insisted he could do nothing for us even when the AT&T customer service rep I had listening in on the phone told the manager how to rectify the situation. He refused to acknowledge the AT&T rep. When my wife and I insisted he has not listening to the customer service rep he informed us that the fault was strictly ours and directed us to leave his store and threatened to call the police on us if we failed to do so immediately. The Customer Service Rep on the phone directed us to go to the Corporate AT&T store at the Fairfield Mall for assistance. He notated our account with what he overheard and we set off for the Corporate AT&T store. The corporate AT&T store rep and a Loyalty Customer Phone representative took less than 15 minutes to solve the issue and ensure we received our $1000 promotion offer for upgrading my phone. Avoid the retail store as I have heard additional stories of poor customer service with that store and their low employee retention is indicative of the poor employee training and culture in that store. If you need help ask to speak to Malik at the Corporate Store and you will be extremely happy.

If you bring your phone in for repair they want to keep your phone for a week but if you pay out of pocket $100 they will fix it right then and there. When asked why the difference in timing, it was stated that since they are not paid for warranty work it will sit until they feel like fixing it. If you pay their personal fee, they will take care of it now. This is not how business is conducted. Samsung has been notified and provided the TikTok that was created documenting the ordeal.
