They swore it would be done by the time i needed to leave, however they still were significantly delayed in getting my phone done. When I picked it up, they forgot to replace my SIM card and micro SD card. Thankfully, I caught it before I left. Unfortunately for me, I was several hours away when I realized my phone had no sound, volume buttons that didn't work, and it couldn't be charged because of a temperature warning. Because of this, I couldn't even make phone calls. I took it to a shop in Tennessee who stated that they forgot to reinstall a major component to my phone and that it was not a piece that could be purchased outside of buying a whole new phone. The Tennessee shop also informed me that they had screwed the screws directly into the motherboard and that it could have caused catastrophic damage to my phone - his words: "no professional would have made this mistake." When I was in contact with Trojan Wireless, they said that they would overnight the part to me so I could have a phone that actually worked. That was on Thursday night - they ended up not sending out the part until Saturday night and as of now, Wednesday morning, I still have not received it. They have ignored all my attempts at communication with them since this weekend. If you want to have your phone fixed by a professional who isn't going to scam you and do a shoddy job, this is not the place to go!!!
