He took the time to troubleshoot the TV over the phone and diagnosed the problem to be a bad power supply. He gave me a reasonable "ball park" idea of the repair cost over the phone which I thought was reasonable compared to what others were quoting. I also found out Bret was an Air Force veteran like me and am glad he's using his military training to make a living on the civilian economy. There are not enough guys like Bret around anymore. They proceeded to pressure her and make her be searched with no parental consent and they found nothing. Before we could speak to her they came to us and told us that she HAD stole and tried to get us to admit to something we didn't do. Then proceeded to not let our friend buy anything even though she didn't steal! They kicked her out immediately. Then made us all leave immediately, after her. We were supervised being checked out and watched like we had done something wrong. Then the security lady as I was trying to make sure I got my security tag removed makes a petty comment and says, "yeah she's making sure she's not stealing". Basically don't shop here if you don't want to be searched and kicked out for no reason.
