How do you tell the person that got screwed over, paid 75 for a service, that they have to drive for an hour to pick up their SIM card that the EMPLOYEE CARELESSLY didn't put back into the phone, "oh my fault" AND GIVE THEM A RANDOM SIM CARD WHEN THEY COME TO THE STORE PREVENTING THEM FROM HAVING SERVICE. "No problem! Just cancel them when you get your phone!" Guess what I just spent an hour on the phone canceling these. Next time I'll order my new device on my app. Oh, and the store smelled strongly of marijuana and there were no prices or labels listed with any of the iPhones (had to guess which one was the iPhone 16 vs 17, etc). Everything is locked down so you can't even hold the phone to try it out. Just don't go to this store.
