Their WiFi within the store is terrible! Haha. It's an ATT store! You'd think that they might invest in a better router.

Everyone is super helpful here. I needed some assistance with my plan and phone and came here a few times. Every time I've come here I was offered excellent customer service. Trae and Alex are so helpful and friendly--they've helped to resolve any problems I've had with AT&T and are always quick to answer all my questions. Don't bother going to the AT&T on 9th, if you need an AT&T in Corvallis I highly recommend this location. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before stepping foot into this store. Less than a month ago, I went in and purchased a Nighthawk, a couple chargers and signed up for a new plan. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went into the store. I had done a lot of research to find my best option for my needs. Cole tried to talk me out of getting a Nighthawk and instead, to get another phone and extra line to use as a hotspot. I told him no less than 6 times that I did not want to sign up for another line. He called Brandon, the store manager, who also pushed him to sell me a new line. I finally got him to back off, but he was dismissive and condescending - acting like I didn't know what I was doing and was making a big mistake. Cole told me they couldn't get the system to backdate my plan, there was some glitch, and that I needed to call AT&T when I got home. I did and AT&T had no clue what I was talking about. I called the store and talked to Brandon, who really just talked in circles and said I'd have to call AT&T again and explain that my new plan should be backdated. I did and again was told they couldn't do that. The charger I purchased less than a month ago was defective and my bill is still incorrect, $75 more than it should be. So I went in today and was told that they "didn't know what I did to the charger," even though I told them I did nothing, and they would not exchange it. They also would not call AT&T, or do anything about my bill. I told them I would not be back. As I was walking out, they started laughing. My husband, who was waiting in the car, went in after hearing my experience. He told Brandon he was unhappy and wanted the name and number to his manager. Brandon said he wouldn't give it to him and if he did, his manager would just laugh at my husband. After going back and forth several times, Brandon said he was done talking to my husband and instructed Cole not to say another word. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE AWFUL! Effing terrible experience! Walk in to a silent, dusty, SCARY (), room with no greeting. Two measly employees were slouching around "helping" out customers. They had NO idea what they were doing and looked like they were HIGH (marijuana or some other drug?!). Its also worth noting that they had AirPods in while working?! They were listening to explicit rap music and waving finger guns at the customers every 45 seconds. The phone doesn't get answered! Ironic for an AT&T store! Ha! Wow! SAD! Walked in the store with my new iPhone and needed help. Layla D. came right up to me with a smile and I told her what my goals were. She said "No problem, glad to help you" and from there she kept her promise and delivered excellent service. When I bought a screen protector she offered to help me put it on clean and secure. After this very positive experience I asked to speak to manager Brandon to commend Layla. He was also very gracious and a good communicator. Purchased a prepaid phone online and went into the store to pick it up. Alex helped me out and he not only got me in and out of there quickly, he made sure to start and help set up my phone to make sure everything was activated properly. I was grateful he did because I forgot to select the data plan and just paid for the phone, which would have been frustrating if I would have gone home and been unable to use my new phone. The first to review this AT&T retailer, yesterday my review would have been much, harsher; however there will still be the use of name dropping in order to point out the precise problems with this location. So i went in on the 7 of november and upgraded two phones a samsung galaxy 7 active and what was supposed to be an iphone 7 plus. Well the iphone was going to be shipped to my home and the overall experience, customer interaction went well, with an individual named Dayane. Skip forwad 10 november UPS came and brought me an iphone 6 s, now upgrading from an iphone 6 s plus which was to be replaced by the iphone 7 plus, why would i want a 6 s? Absurd i know. Here is where we begin on why, you should stick clear of this location, and which also explains why it is always the, less than busy store. I called and Amanda a Caucasian female with dirty blonde hair, short. How do i know what she looks like i will get there later. I explained to her that i was sent the wrong phone. She told me she did not know what to do or how to handle the situation, hmm well then where is the manager, oh they are not here today. So she told me to ship the phone back wait until at&t told me they had recieved it then, wait for it, come BACK tp this location to reorder. Hmm well needless to say it was confusing that an at&t location did not have an active manager on site at this time of day. Then i requested the manager call when they did get in, the next day. So i call at&t to inquire as to what i should do the customer service agent and her supervisor were disturbed at the fact that there was not a manager at the store and that they refused to handle the situation. She told me to go to the store and that they had to help me and that the manager had to be there at the store or immediately called. I went to the store, this is where i met a caucasian, boy named Quinn if you go he will abundantly stick out like a sore thumb brown short hair, dirty shave look going on, major attitude, poor customer service skills. Anywho i am immediately greeted by his lack therein of customer service I tell him we have a problem. He rolls his eyes, raises his voice with an attitude and says okay what. As if i was disturbing him by asking that he do his job, but hey college town where half of the kids think they should be paid to sit and twiddle their thumbs undisturbed by customers. Around this time amanda comes out of the back with i can only assume her boyfriend since they were engaged in some PDA at work, so hey you know get a job at at&t here and you can bring whoever you are dating , treat customers like crud, and get paid to do whatever, right. Anywho back to the fantastic quinn who still, does not want to help, who tells me i need to mail the box back myself, does not want to call his manager, tries to snap at me, mock me, laughs at me, then tries to tell me that he helped , while arguing with me as i am leaving. I called at&t back in the store the representative spoke to me, then he, then me again and she told me that she did not understand what was going on at this store, told me that since they were refusing to help me i should go to the other location or call back to speak to them and apologized for their behavior telling me that this store was not an actual at&t they just pushed products and carried the name. So i left and called back, explained the situation, the store employees, everything. I was told a manager would call me in 24 to 48 hours, as well as send a store evaluation form to het more details in order to investigate this situation and location so stay tuned. I came in last night to get help activating my new phone and getting tempered glass on my phone. Brandon was the one who helped me out. He was the only employee at the time and there was about 3 parties waiting to get help from him. Even tho he took his time with all his customers, so he can get them the best deal possible. I did not mind the wait. He was awesome! Super nice and caring, great at customer service and he did a great job applying the glass to my phone! read more

I have never dealt with someone with their head so far up their you-know-what. The "assistant manager" had too much pride to double check that he ordered the correct phone for me, and even way more pride when I asked, again, if he had put the correct one in. And when I called later to confirm, assured me he wouldn't have made a mistake. Lo and behold, the phone comes in and it's the wrong one. It would have taken him 30 seconds to double check. Thank you to Isabelle for coming to my rescue when he hid in the back room too ashamed to apologize for his mistake. Isabelle was the saving grace of this experience and one of the best employees I've met in a long time. She deserves a raise especially as a college student. It's going to be another week of a process of returning the phone and getting a new one, but I couldn't have done it with out her. And according to the reviews this isn't the first time it's happened. Avoid this place, even if you're a student. Wish I could be refunded the uber money I had to use going back and forth from this place. read more

I had lost my phone and felt desperate as it was the end of the day, battery was likely low, the business I may have left it in may be closed (or close to it!). I ran into A T & T, and the sales associate, Brandon, super-sleuthed a solution, printed out a map with the phone location starred, and I drove right to it. Not only was he technically savvy and tenacious, but his attitude was calm, positive, and helped me focus on finding it. read more

This location is new, clean, large inside - not cluttered and roomy. Parking is weird, as both times I have been here there was no parking spots in a kind of large lot. The first time I went here was nice. The manager wasn't in the office. Joshua helped us and he was knowledgeable and friendly. We were just looking at our options at this point. The second time we came we were greeted by the manager, Charlie. He didn't seem to like his job - customer SERVICE - and was either A) unhappy in life; B) on a power trip; or C) both. He was rude, short, not interested in helping us with our questions or concerns (cause he thought they didn't concern him?) I dunno... he even snapped at another employee in front of us. Just plain unprofessional. I don't have a lot of expectations going into a place like this - they can be busy and the information about plans and phone and options can be confusing. But to top it off with dealing with a jerk... no thank you. I will do my business online or over the phone or go to the other Corvallis location where I have been several times and only been treated well. Good luck, Charlie! read more
