I made an appointment for 6:30 pm on10-13-25. I arrived at 6:25 pm and I was checked in and asked to wait. At 6:57 pm my husband asked how much longer it would be, the employee said she didn't know. My husband told her we had an appointment to which she responded "I know, but these people came in before you got here." My husband asked what the purpose of an appointment was if they took walk in customers knowing they have appointments. She started to get rude so we walked out. It's sad as an AT&T customer for 20years or more... that I cant come into a corporate owned store and buy a phone at retail price, with cash. Though that has never been a problem in the past. If they cant turn the screws on you for a new subscription (read... if they aren't getting commission or whatever word they use that accomplishes the same thing) then they won't sell you a phone. Imagine that?! A phone company that I am a customer of WILL NOT SELL A PHONE TO ME! Heaven forbid someone doesn't want to make payments on a phone. They literally recommended going to Best Buy... the smug salesman. The manager at this location took care of me without issue in the past. II was considering changing recently... as even with my corporate discount AT&T is more expensive than alternates! Sad state that this is how loyal customers are treated. read more

Who enjoys going to the AT&T store? Nobody! Who understands phone plans? Nobody! Well, I have new answers for these questions- Me! And Harley! At the chesterfield Valley AT&T store! We went for a phone upgrade and to merge plans, and Harley was THE BEST! Super fun to chat with and she knows everything! Went back a couple weeks later for phone turn-in and luckily she was working & took care of us. We no longer fear going to the phone store & hope Harley is there every time! I had the worst costumer service experience over the last 10 years! I went there to find out why my data that i had been using for 10 month all of sudden went away; the assistant in the store almost did not care while i was talking to him, he asked me to put the address on my phone while playing with his phone, then he said i donno how to pull your data usage, ( my plan is prepaid 16 gb) then he told me that i can upgrade with only paying 5 dollars extra to an unlimited data plan, i told him are you sure, and he said yes just upgrade it! I did and my new plan was $15 more not $5, he googled it and said" yeah it looks like they changed it last November!" He did not appologize for mis informing me to get the plan! He could not be more careless while talking to me as a costumer, rolling my phone, playing in his phone, yawning ... I talked to the store manager the day after and they said they cannot do any thing, at least the manager appologized It s not always about a phone plan or the money; That guy made me hate att and i cannot wait to switch next month! Att definitely does not care losing 1 costumer, there is not much competition in this business! And the phone companies charging costumers alot and they don care! read more

I stopped at this AT&T store just after 11 on a Sunday morning. It was the day after the blizzard of early 2019 but they had a couple of customers. I had to wait about 5 minutes which was fine. I explained that I was there to activate my new iPhone X which I had tried to do on the phone this morning but it needs a new SIM card. 5 minutes later it had a new SIM card and was working and I was picking out a case for it. I explained that the phone person earlier told me my commercial account qualifies for 25% off accessories. They would not give it to me. I purchased the case anyway and was on my way. Not sure if the person on the phone was incorrect or the person in the store. read more

The manager locked me out of this store. The staff gave bad information. Customer service is bad everywhere, a sign of the times but this was beyond any other experience. Anyone writing good reviews about this store, must be the staff. Big corporations, like AT&T have executives that make big money, get in and get out & don't care anymore about customer service. There's no accountability. Staff works on commission only and could care less about being knowledgeable and helping people. Avoid here and switch to another carrier. read more

Amazing service and staff, specifically Joe Raster. He went above and beyond when helping me set up and transfer everything to my new phone. Everyone who I spoke to was extremely friendly. Went in on 2/2/2018 for a quick switch over from a dinosaur phone to a new one. That's it. Mike made quick work of everything. The only reason I'm submitting this review is because the entire staff at this location were ridiculously awesome. They were friendly, cordial, funny, and yet very professional and knowledgeable. The five stars are exclusively for Daniel Persing. I have had other help at this store and honestly it was ok, I usually got my issue fixed eventually but never would I say that was a great experience. Daniel though is the best customer service person my family has even had contact with. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the iPhone and AT&T but he is so personable. Going to a phone store is never on anyone's top 20 things you want to do but when we need something I text Daniel (yes he gave me his phone number) to see if he is there and then I look forward to our chat and getting my issue fixed. We have a bunch of teens and he is always so sweet to them too. I sent my parents who live in another state in this weekend and they were very impressed with Daniels patience with older people who asked a ton of questions about their new iPhones on two visits. They even invited him to visit if Daniel ever comes to Tulsa. Anyway, even though he said it wasn't necessary I thought everyone should know what a great experience we have had and how lucky AT&T is to have work for them. read more

Brian Beard was extremely helpful and took a personal approach instead of the typical "salesman" approach. This was very instrumental in making me feel comfortable with the process as a whole. I visited quite a few AT&T stores before deciding to upgrade my husbands phone. The previous agents I spoke with were always very pushy and did not explain this new upgrade program fully, so I could understand it. As a previous employee of AT&T, I am still fairly knowledgeable about how things typically worked, but just could not make sense of this new program. Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and services. When Brian found out I work in Real Estate he introduced me to the smart home products. I was not interested but am happy to pass the information and his name along to any clients looking to use this service. I wish more AT&T employees knew how to provide personal service at this level. This location is not the most convenient location to my home, but I will travel the extra distance to work with Brian for all of my future needs. read more

I was greeted at the door and received pretty instant service, which was nice. The guy who helped me seemed fairly knowledgeable and did what he could to try to solve the mysterious iPhone 5 reception suckage issue I'm having. They also have iPhone 5 Otterbox cases in stock when many places are still out of stock (Apple, Amazon).
