Daniel had amazing customer service this was the fastest I have ever been in and out of at & t trying to get a phone and answered all questions I had. I got amazing deals, and my grandmother has a new Iphone that she loves. read more

Worst experience ever. I'd love to talk to management. We were never given our employer discount, even though we brought the IDs in to several stores, including the gunbarrel location and the Fort Oglethorpe location. We paid the phone off this past October and was told that the phone would be unlocked within 24 to 48 hours. After that, we assumed everything was great. The phone was paid off since then we continued to get bills every month for this phone that we paid off in October 2025. Now we got a notice today that they've canceled our AT&T account which we canceled back in October. So I would just like some help figuring out why we are still being billed. read more

I came in to add a line to my account. Wyatt E. Was awesome and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. I couldn't be happier with the awesome service we received. AT&T got it right with this guy!!! read more

I worked with Joanna and watched Rodney talk with his customer as well. All I could say about the two of them is this: They are professional, answer your questions, show a great deal of respect and you will want to but their product after they talk with you, because they answer all your questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my phone carrier than ATT on Gunnbarrel, they treat you like a customer should be treated. read more

False advertisement. Be ware. Very concerning. Please read carefully!!!! I brought my daughter to trade her phone 2 weeks ago. She was told $800 and told monthly payment difference on that basis. The phone got lost in the mail so we had to go back yesterday. They cancelled other phone and did have last phone she wanted in the store. Again told trade in $800 and that she can turn it in now or wait until every transfers. Last night made sure everything transferred. We went today to drop off the phone and wipe data on it. Now told she will get $350 for that phone. Totally different staff today. Different manager. We spoke to him. He stated that this phone always only gets $350 and it was a mistake and never trade in for $800 and was surprised. He asked for name of rep but I did not have it on the spot. The funniest comment was " sir you can return the new phone and keep our old one". So how uneasy is that now? After transferring everything and this is third trip and my daughter is in college out of town! Anyway, what can you do? Very well run scam and lack of taking responsibility for the mistake that is done twice. It is Like trading in your car and once moved insurance and done all steps, they take your car next day for half of what was agreed on. I found now name of the rep involved in my AT&T email. She is Sydney G. The manager name is Nic White. He was not the manager when the 2 previous visits occurred but he said he takes responsibility for all his staff. So not sure what he means by taking responsibility. He just brushed us off basically saying nothing can be done trade your phone for $350 or not. read more

Service so bad after 20 years of being with ATT, I will finish my contract and leave. I had upgraded my iPad. I told the sales associate that I wanted to pay the balance on my old iPad, and switch the service to the new one. Simple request. So I find out after my first billing cycle she had paid off my phone, not the iPad and then proceeded to leave it active and sign an entirely different line to my new iPad. So I had the balance on the old iPad, a new line, and the service on the iPad I had sold was still active. I came to this store to have it corrected. The Manger, Christian. and 3 associates sat at a table when I came in and never acknowledge me till I walked up to them. The girl that messed everything up sat at the table talking to her friend while I had to talk over her to the manger. The manger refused to correct the issue the girl next to him caused and said that the ipad balance would still have to be paid off and that he would cancel the extra line that she had added. Overall feel was I was just a pain and they wanted me to leave. I am not going to pay to be an inconvenience to a 20 something still living in his parents basement, or a group of his buddies. So, after being with ATT since Cingular days, I am officially done. I will finish this contract and go to Verizon. If you have read this long, I would suggest doing the same. I stayed with ATT for this long for the excellent customer service, but now I have no incentive. Shame, it used to really be excellent. read more

I upgraded my iPhone 6sPlus to the iPhone X online and chose to go in to the store to pick it up. I was assisted by a gentleman names Ricardo, I believe. He was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. He was assisting me uploading my new phone from my old phone on the Cloud. He said it would go through and I didn't need to wait around for it to finish, so I left. I really knew better than to do that, but I was in a hurry and so I took off. Of course, I didn't have a WiFi connection when I left and when I got home, there was clearly something wrong. My contacts weren't there, and I had no service. I looked online at Apple to see what I could do, I reset the phone and tried it again, still nothing. I was up until almost 11pm that night trying to figure it out. I was about to throw the phone across the room. I spoke with an Apple tech and he said I need to put the SIM card in my old phone to get it to work. Next day I called the ATT store and told them my problem and asked if they still had my old phone. Cut to later that day, I went in to the store and talked to Chad, the Assistant Manager. He had the old phone but then he brought over another employee named Michael. Now you may wonder why I'm giving a 4-star rating since I've just been talking about major problems. Well, it's because of Michael. He told me that the solution the Apple tech told me about would not work. Blah blah blah, get to the point -- the issue was not with the phone it was with the SIM card. Something to do with the serial number not matching what was on the phone. Anyway, after quite awhile, Michael figured out the issue, corrected the problem, and viola, my phone was back! All my contacts, emails, texts, apps, EVERYTHING! Michael is a nerdy tech angel in disguise. Now, ATT, I understand you are there to sell phones, plans, etc. But you must make sure your sales people know what they are doing when helping a customer upgrade a new phone. Make sure you have more Michaels around. read more

Abraham helped my with an issue that no customer support team, Best Buy, or no other tech team could. I recommend this knowledgeable staff and service to everyone. read more

Avoid this store at all costs. I started at a kiosk store in Ringgold, I was told multiple lies about available promotions. I then went to the Gunbarrel corporate store, again more lies. The bottom line is, if they offer you a buy one get one free iPhone, it will be buy two and pay for two. The level of incompetence is amazing and don't bother calling customer service. It will sound like someone in a tin can at the bottom of the ocean. read more

staff was very helpful and outstanding, shoutout kyle for having the best service i've ever seen !

Put us through hell today - and then forced a $35 restocking fee on us when the Apple iPhone that was just purchased was defective (the staff blamed it on Apple, as if we were supposed to take up the issue with Apple as opposed to the seller we purchased it from). Absolute F. read more

I'm helping my wife upgrade online to a new phone and the website does not allow her to keep her $4.99 - 200 text messaging plan. I guess it's an old option no longer offered by at&t and they want you to get the $20 unlimited plan instead by not giving you the option to keep the older one. And if you're not careful, you might not even realize until it's too late. I was under the impression you would get grandfathered and be able to keep an older plan. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Thus the 1-star rating. read more

julie j. needs to be fired! she assures customers things that can not happen and invades your account privacy! julie definitely is not ready to be in a job of customer service! how long do these sales representatives do training for?! julie j. definitely does not have enough knowledge about at&t's products and policies to be on the floor selling nor could care less if you have an issue with something she sold! i bought the iphone 11 pro max. the color i wanted wasn't in stock so it had to be shipped to the store. during my transaction, julie j. said i didn't have to pay a down payment for any specific amount for the phone at that moment and that i had to wait until it was delivered to the store. that is a lie! i was not able to pay any price of down payment according to another sales rep at at&t gunbarrel who also didn't know much about their policies. (luckily the at&t sales associate harrison off hwy 153 said i can at least do a 30% down payment, even though julie j. assured me i could do any price i wanted as down payment after it arrived). this man went to the back to review the policy for ten minutes! during this time and even as my way leaving the store, at no time did julie j. bother to ask me what the issue was or how she could help make it better! julie j. intentionally ignored speaking to me, and overall gave me the worst customer service i have ever encountered during my many years of being a loyal at&t customer! on top of completely ignoring me, because julie j. was in the store when i went to pick up the phone, i also felt that julie j. invaded my privacy! while viewing my account during the initial purchase, completely out of nowhere, julie j. says, "wow, you have been a member for a long time!" okay julie...i did not ask about my account status. what is your point?! never have i ever encountered such an unprofessional sales associate! i will never return to at&t on gunbarrel road unless julie j. is fired or received months more of new training! hey, julie j.....next time you don't know, ask for help before you assure customers something that they cannot do!!!!!! read more

I was in the store last Friday selling my phone to an AT&T customer and the customer was getting it put on their account. The wait was not long at all, which surprised me and the associate was very helpful and handled checking out the phone for them and putting it on their account very professionally and quickly. read more

Worst AT&T store for years. Poor management. Don't put people in a queue. Lie and up sell. Manager is worthless.

Go Angie, she was so helpful in transitioning my husband to a smartphone. Did not try to sell us the most expensive phone, even showed him one inexpensive so we could buy outright not to mess up our mobile discounts. Setup everything and even got a LG Bluetooth set myself. I recommend going to see Angie @ the AT&T store on Gunbarrel read more
