They appeared knowledgeable…read morebut I had hesitation because the repair guy was using the main customer counter to attempt to cut away some screen adhesive with a small knife on a customers phone right in front of me in a very unexpected and unprofessional manner. I had anxiety about how they might be fixing my phone and if they had the correct tools and methods for fixing my camera. They told me to leave my phone and to come back in an hour. Sure enough when I arrived my phone was sitting on the counter screen unattached half open and new camera inserted. I was concerned why my screen was unattached. He said he wanted my code to test the camera before re attaching the screen. Since the repairs week ago there appeared a very tinny bright green spot in the upper portion of the screen. Now it has grown to a black dot and a long bright pink line. I took it back today and they proceeded to explain that this was not their issue. It was my phone however, this problem was not there prior to the camera installation. They offered no options or help. I would highly not recommend this location due to the possibility of further damage to your phone During the repair. I can only hope that the previous phone I saw them working on with a knife on the main counter. Doesn't have major issues as well. I'm not looking for a free fix. I'm just looking for the truth and help getting my phone back to its original state with a new camera. I do not recommend this place for repairs of very technical and expensive phones.

My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits.
